Great location, fantastic view, spacious room, and nice spa zone. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is a bit pricey, if they could at least match the prices on the restaurant nearby, many people will spend money in their restaurant.
The only thing that needs improvement was the breakfast. It was lukewarm and the coffee machine was not working properly. I prefer freshly made coffee over a machine.
Everything else was wonderful
The spa centre was very nice, clean and pleasant. It wasn’t overcrowded and we had a very good time. The room was also clean and comfortable. The bed was really good.
The problem was the bathroom - the toilet was old (there were stains and scratches), on the mirror there also were some water stains. The other thing that triggered me was the breakfast- we didn’t search explicitly for a hotel with breakfast but the option was in the price, so we took it. But it was a bit disappointing - like a breakfast in a holiday station with 1 star… Not worth waking up for it. For that price, I expected more.

The pools were amazing. The room was very comfortable. Mineral water from the tabs. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was excellent.
The outside pool is right next to the restaurant and seasonal/ cold. Not many vegetarian options in the restaurant.
Picturesque scenery. Amazing view from the room balcony - you can see the Rodopi mountains in the distance and an artificial lake right across from the hotel. The outdoor swimming pool is my favourite.
