За трети път сме гости на хотел Биляна. Резервацията си направих преди малко повече от година.
Всеки път е чудесно заради идеалното му местоположение, заради перфектния мениджмънт, заради неуморния и усмихнат персонал в ресторанта, заради милите камериерки на хотела, които поддържат безупречна чистота и ред и заради много доброкачествената козметика в банята.
За пръв път бяхме в джуниър апартамент, който тук наричат ''студио''. Наслаждавахме се на изключителния комфорт и на най-прекрасната гледка, която има от двете тераси над плажа.

Cons:

Много бързо се разпродава в Букинг. Трудно е да резервираш.

Pros:

Conditii excelente,locația,plaja,serile de divertisment.
A fost un sejur plăcut asa cum ne așteptam.Animatoarele de la piscina ,doua fete excelente și foarte amabile.Denis de la barul restaurantului este un băiat de nota 10.Multumim Bilyana Beach,vom reveni cu siguranță.

Cons:

Doamna de la recepția spa nu este amabila,trebuia sa te rogi zilnic de ea sa pornească sauna pentru a fi fierbinte la ora 16.00. O pornea dar nu o lăsa să ajungă cel puțin la 70 de grade.Nu este locul potrivit pentru aceasta doamna acolo.

You have to work on some details!
Pros:

Location is perfect...right across the beach. Amazing breakfast and equally amazing crepes (not pancakes)!! Good soups also!! Big and really nice room with a very big TV set! Free welcome drinks and water!

Cons:

If breakfast was a 9-10, lunch and dinner were like 6!! Not tasty meat at all for both of them (neither pork or fish or even chicken)...too bad for all the other pluses the hotel has offered. For a 4* hotel is kind of unpleasant not to find slippers and bathrobes! The windows are not soundproof at all, you can hear everything from outside! The music shows are really outdated! Water for both indoor and outdoor pools is not heated! You have to pay for parking! No access to rooftop terrace!

Everything was great! We chose Bilyana Beach hotel for our family vacation for third time in a row. The fact that it's exactly on the beach is perfect, the location and atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. You have everything you need, the all inclusive is a huge plus, as you don't have to leave the hotel during your stay - you have everything you need there. The view from the apartment was absolutely exceptional and I would love to continue visiting this place in future!
