Totul a fost la superlativ. Personal amabil, curățenie exemplară, spațiile mari, aer condiționat în tot hotelul, totul luxos.
Există un bar al hotelului unde totul se plătește, sunt băuturi și prăjituri de mai bună calitate. Seara acolo erau 5 chelneri, iar la barul unde băuturile erau incluse în serviciul Ultra all inclusive era un singur barman suprasolicitat și aglomerație
As facilities it was as expected
Pool outside closed at 18 o clock which I found it inconvenient , food was mostly the same daily and drinks was not so good quality

Am avut o camera de 57 mp destul de ok
1- Personalul insuficient , seara 1 singur bar deschis in receptie si am stat 25 min ptr 1 bautura .
2- Mancare extrem de putin diversificata , 5 zile cat am stat aceeasi mancare se repeta
3- 6 zile cat am stat nimeni nu ne a schimbat lenjeriile , nu a facut curat in camera
4- multe produse se plateau nu erau gratis , am platit Ultra All Inclusive dar nu am primit aceste servicii
Big rooms, close to the sea, friendly staff.
The biggest disadvantage is FOOD.
Before coming there, we read some reviews on booking about this hotel, and everyone was saying that food is not good. We did not believe:)
Well. Food is very not ok for the hotel 5 stars.
Also last evening before leaving we found MOLD on cheese (on that cheese where mold should not be) We showed it twice to the staff, no reaction from their side - that cheese was the whole evening served to guests.
Food was delicious. Very clean room , nice view , clean pool , very nice area beach ( fine sand and gentle slope into the water)
The hot water is not really hot and the showers was actually chilly . The beach area should be better maintained . The quality of products/ services at the beach bar were not very good. . Overall it's not an ultra all inclusiv concept.

Exceptional ! Mi-a placut faptul ca a fost curat, linistit , deloc agitat in interiorul hotelului . Piscina curata intotdeauna perfecta pentru copii , insa 3-4 exceptii ca vin anumite persoane si aseaza prosopul dar aici nu tine de personalul hotelului, dar nu la fel cum ma asteptam ca la 10 sa nu gasesc sezlong , sunt , mai ales ca ai optiunea de piscina interioara,exterioara si marea . Plaja amenajata si privata . Personal foarte dragut si amabil . Cu drag m-as intoarce !
Ar fi fost totul la superlativ daca s-ar imbunatati lucrurile pe partea de mancare. Cand te gandesti la ultra all inclusive,ai anumite asteptari de mancare diversificata constant. Din pacate nu este , 3-4 feluri diferite si foarte uleioase ... ar trebui inclusiv un meniu de kids adaugat, iar dezamagitor au fost deserturile , pe cat de apetisante pareau,erau doar o spuma fara gust . Insa overall , o experienta placuta in final ca ne-am conformat .
