Foarte bine
Pros:

Mancare buna, diversificata, bauturile erau mai bune decat la alte hoteluri din BG
Camera foarte curata, tv mare, balcon, esspresor de cafea si 4 capsule gratuite, minifrigider
Baie moderna, dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie + uscator par
Hotelul renovat de curand, iti dadea un vibe foarte bun, este amenajat foarte frumos
Piscina interioara cu apa calda, șezlonguri suficiente
Au fost spectacole pe tot parcursul sejurului

Cons:

Foarte aglomerat la orele mesei, nu mai gaseai mese, farfurii, tacamuri, restaurantul este destul de mic pentru capacitatea hotelului

Dulce și amar!
Pros:

Hotelul frumos, camerele frumoase, personalul amabil dar cu parcarea la hotel a fost dificil... deși erau locuri libere in parcarea hotelului, ne-au trimis în altă parcare unde , te taxează după " chef"

Cons:

Curățenia în cameră nu s-a făcut nici măcar la 1 zi, în 6 zile doar de 2 ori, după a doua zi de Paște am stat toată noaptea la baie și eu și soțu, dimineața s-au plâns și alți turiști de acceleași simptome...noi am mâncat seara rechin cu salată verde! Masa a fost diversificată din abundență.. ne pare rău !

Nu a fost un sejur de 5 stele, mai curant de 4.
Pros:

Locatia centrala, hotelul este renovat, restaurantul de pe plaja, piscina interioara.

Cons:

Cafeaua slab calitativa, parcarea a fost cu plata 15 € pe zi, aglomeratia la masa, in ultima zi de sejur am primit mancare veche, ne-am stricat la stomac 7 persoane.

Masa foarte proasta, produse de proasta calitate și fără gust. Hotelul de 5 stele și masa nici 2 stele. Nu recomand acest hotel.

During Easter was a pleasant stay, clean and the location perfect. Not a 5* experience for sure, maybe 4 good stars.
Pros:

Clean, some areas newly renovated, rooms nice design, staff young and helpfull, the position is perfect.

Cons:

Restaurant not big enough to accommodate all guests - long waiting to eat (hotel was full during Easter), they have horrible coffee in the all inclusive package (nescafe allegria), the last day before departure they served almost same food like the day before. During breakfast they stopped serving fried eggs and omelette without any valid reason.

Nu au masini de spalat pahare le spalau la mana
Nu au avut peste,carne la gratar
Miel-bataie de joc o fiertura intr-un gastronom amestecat numai suvite -urat numai vizual
In total dezamagitor fata de alte hoteluri la care am mai fost-Dolce Vita chiar daca nu este pe malul marii este cu mult peste acest hoel

Rooms were very nice, clean, and had everything needed for a short stay.

Cons:

The hotel does not have a parking lot. Parking is 15€/ day at a nearby parking, which is fine, but seems absurd for a 5star hotel. The restaurant did not seem to handle the flux of people wanting to have a meal: very big tables, which left a lot of people looking for an empty table. The buffet was not practical, you'd had to wait in line, it was a big queue. The management opened the other restaurant after people got angry they cannot have food, as no table is available.
Speaking of food, it was ok for the most part, but not diversified: limited salad, limited grill, limited everything.
Left the hotel with stomach pain, the Easter dinner definitely had something bad.

Excellent. Definitely going back next year!
Pros:

Excellent! Amazing rooms with a lovely sea view. Different and delicious food every day. All perfect!

Cons:

The only thing I really didn’t like was the water offered with the ultra all inclusive - it was a tap water which didn’t taste good at all., however that’s the only one concern I had . The rest - all perfect
