Pros:

Басейнът и спа-то, организацията на ресторанта с избор на меню, а не шведска маса.

Cons:

Последният ден промениха закуската до 10.00 ч. Докато в началото ни бяха уведомили че е до 11.00 ч.

Spa in the nature
Pros:

Pool was big and very warm, nature is beautiful, restaurant is very good and food was delicious, very polite staff, if you want relaxation this is very good place. Our two bedroom apartment was really spacious with large terrace and nature view.

Cons:

The apartment has kitchen with stove and oven, but zero possibility to even boil an egg - no pots, no pans, we asked but they said the kitchen is not for cooking (?!?).
There is no shower gel or soap in the pool showers.

Pros:

The pool and the breakfast are amazing

Cons:

We had some experience with the reservation of the table in the restaurant that was not communicated within the staff. Only one young waitress were polite. The DJ was not able to activate the audience and the music was way too retro.

Закуска, местоположение, удобства, големина на апартамента.

Cons:

Събота вечер в ресторанта имаше забавени поръчки, явно като има повече хора е проблем.

Great staff, some areas don't meet the standards set by the other parts of the hotel
Pros:

Overall the staff was great, I can't say enough good things about them, they were very welcoming and friendly, helped us a lot and answered all questions we had.

Cons:

Not very well maintained, the main parts of the rooms were very clean however there were some areas which were neglected, rusty and very damp places in the bathroom which obviously are not regularly cleaned.

ИНФОРМИРАХМЕ РЕЦЕПЦИЯ / дежурния адекватно ни прехвърля в стая 101 !!!!! Забележете !!!! Луфта на входната е по вече от сантиметър и всяко отваряне на врата е удар и принудих се с табуретка да затворя и опитахме се спим... Прехвърляне в 301 /апартамент / !!!!! Не свърши лошото !!!!! НЕ ОТИВАЙТЕ В СТАРОЗАГОРСКИ БАНИ !!!!!!!

That it is inside nature, calm, you listen to birds singing! Clean and friendly hosts! Nice breakfast and restaurant. Great indoor pool and sauna! Easy to rich from Plovdiv!

Cons:

Maybe a little expensive. Plumbing wasn’t good in the apartment.
