Pros:

We loved everything. The facilities, the food was amazing and so much choice. Beautiful place, we would love to come back.

Cons:

It didn't bothered us but some of the staff in the restaurant wasn't very polite but it was an exception not a rule. Almost everyone from the staff was very helpful and kind.

Was really bad never again

Absolutely unacceptable experience.

We drove 2 hours and 30 minutes to come to Arte Spa for a reservation I made through Booking.com. The reservation was for 2 adults, and we arrived with our 3-year-old child.

Only after travelling all that way and arriving at the spa were we told that they could not accommodate us because our booking was for 2 adults.

If children are not permitted or there are specific age restrictions, why was this not made clear when I made the reservation through Booking.com? Customers should not have to drive 2½ hours to discover an important restriction that should have been communicated before the booking was accepted.

What makes this even worse is that nobody seemed interested in finding a reasonable solution. After spending hours travelling and making the booking in good faith, we were simply left disappointed at the door.

For a business that markets itself as a luxury spa, this was anything but a luxury experience. Poor communication, poor customer service and a complete lack of consideration for the customer.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking this place double-check every single restriction directly with the spa before travelling, even if Booking.com allows you to make the reservation.

Pros:

I like swimming pools and Spa center. The Manager of the hotel was polite and sort it out everything in no time.

Cons:

Reception person when we checked in was rude. Interrupt me when I try to explain about the room which I booked. He didn't listen and refuses to see what i see from my side about the booking.
