Pros:

Nice location, friendly and cheerful staff, various and tasty food, spacious room.

Cons:

Strange smell in the room, could be from pets previously occupying the room. No electrical sockets next to the beds, nor control switches for the lights. Not suitable for persons over 190cm in height.

Релакс, комфорт и удобство на едно място.
Pros:

За втора поредна година посещаваме хотела цялото семейство. Персоналът е много любезен. Храната – както закуската, така и вечерята обилни и много разнообразни. Много чисто. Спалното бельо и хавлиите – снежно бели. Идеално място за релакс и почивка.

1 - локацията!!!
2 - басейните!!!
3 - детския кът!!!
4 - аниматорите са топ, децата ги обожават!!!
5 - храната е страхотна, разнообразна и вкусна. И освен че има half board, има много вкусно и не толкова скъпо обедно меню, което е на огромни порции!!!
6 - чистота!!! Нямам забележки.
7 - по-голямата част от обслужването!!!
8 - сигурно съм пропуснала нещо, но повечето неща ми харесаха.

Cons:

Като единствена забележка имам обслужването в ресторанта по обяд. На няколко пъти ни се случи да забравят неща, които сме поръчали, като единия път беше вписано в крайната сметка, та се наложи да обясним на момичето, че не ни е донесла някои неща, за които ни е таксувала..беше много учудена.
