No es un hotel 4 estrellas
Pros:

Sin dudas la ubicación frente al mar es hermosa.

Cons:

Creo que para ser un 4 estrellas el establecimiento está bastante flojo. La ducha no es buena, el wifi funciona mal, la televisión antigua, el frigobar es solo una mini heladera donde podés guardar cosas. Además el placard tenía olor a humedad y las instalaciones se sienten descuidadadas en general (basta con ver la fachada del hotel).

Poco mantenimiento.No coincide con Hotel 4 Estrellas

La ubicación al mar desde su balcón y personal de asistencia en comedor y mucamas

La Recepción, se atrazo 1 hora en entregar la Habitación.
El empleado nos da un papel para que leamos los horarios y actividades del lugar.Solo nos entregó un papel.
Yo tengo Discapacidad en un pie y cero Empatia por apurar la entrega del cuarto.
Insistimos 2 veces.
Falta mucho mantenimiento en Habitaciones: Baño con pérdida de agua de la canilla del lavamanos que mojaba todo el mármol de apoyo.Se mojo el papel higiénico y cosas de aseo mías.
Mojaba el piso de entrada al baño.
Estaba suelta la canilla de mando a cambiar de posición de Ducha a canilla inferior.

Was definitely a good stay and we would choose this hotel again some time. Not my first option but definitely a good one
Pros:

The location, cleanliness, amenities and friendliness of staff. The view from the rooms was georgeus too. Main floor is georgeus and has many things to do (pool, piano, etc)

Cons:

The bathroom was pretty small, the extra bed was very bland and uncomfortable to me (personal preference I guess) and the breakfast was just okay.

Pros:

No hay personal de recepcion de equipaje. Humedad en la habitacion. Malisimo el mantenimiento. Reclamo ante la gerencia sin respuesta, más que iban a hablar conla gobernanta. No vale loq ue cobran
