Pros:

Близко к морю, хороший вид из комнаты и большой балкон. В центре города, 15 минут от старого города и близко к кафешкам и рестораном. Место тихое само по себе.

Cons:

Сервис просто очень низкого уровня. Девочки из ресепшена больше находятся в курилке, чем на рабочем месте. Номер был грязный и нам даже мыло не положили. В комнате нет телефона, нужно бегать искать кого-то. Мыло принесли через день, мы уже все купили.
Завтрак отвратительный. Нет других слов этот ужас описать. У них есть все включено- лучше не брать. Мы 5 дней ели хлеб и варенье. В комнатах нет чайника. У меня болело горло - мы попросили горячей воды - чай у меня был с собой - пришлось платить за просто кипяток как за чай. Я ещё обратил внимание, что посуду моют руками без мыла. Сегодня уже во всём мире есть посудомойки.
Туалетную бумагу приходилось выпрашивать.
Короче - сервис оставляет желать лучшего.

За втори път отсядаме в хотел Флагман. Всичко е прекрасно - чисто, ухае на свежо навсякъде, просторно и с голяма тераса. Персоналът са отдивчиви и усмихнати, храната на ниво, а локацията е чудесна. Благодарим Ви.

Polite staff and nicely furnished rooms, breakfast was nice.
