Pros:

We really liked it, so pretty in the trees, and so close to the main area. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Pros:

It was really well located to the slops, yet still quite and not getting disturbed by the bars and clubs in the main area.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, loads of options, and a really cosy restaurant.
The ski equipment we rented was well maintained, and it was great to be able to have it at the hotel for easy of pick up and return.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a kettle, we had cups and fridge, but no kettle.

Pros:

The location is great for skiers, close to the pistes and the 4-seater chair lift, with proper ski room and even boot drying equipment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice wooden furniture. The breakfast was plenty, varied, and tasty. Our arrival was delayed, but we had no problems arranging a late check-in, with no extra costs.

Cons:

The breakfast could have started earlier so that we would be able to get to the first ski lifts (breakfast was between 8 and 10 am, and the first chair is at 8:30).

Recommended stay at Borovets
Pros:

Location closed to ski lift near Rila hotel. The breakfast was good, with variety of kinds. The room was warm and was heated generously.

Cons:

It was nice if breakfast could start earlier say 7:30 because the ski lift becoming very busy with 1:30 hour wait. So i consider skip breakfast.

Good hotel, great location, ideal breakfast!
Pros:

Grear location, tucked away and surrounded by trees, so super quiet and only short walk to lifts & centre.

Excellent, would highly recommend and would stay there again
Pros:

Great location, a few minutes walk to everything. Room was so big and comfortable with two balconies. Host was very friendly and helpful. Great for kids too.

Pros:

Вилла находится вблизи к подъемнику, рядом прокат снаряжения по приемлемой цене. Прекрасное расположение, природа делаем это место особенно приятным.
В холле есть место для отдыха с камином и настольными играми. Можно поиграть в бильярд. Жильцам круглосуточно доступен чай.
Завтраки хорошие, по типу шведского стола.

Cons:

В крыле где был наш номер не было лифта.

Convenient location, nice breakfast, ok rooms.
Pros:

It’s a very cute, low-key hotel. We stayed in their apartment room for four people and were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with small changes every day that kept it interesting.
They also have a small sauna that fits up to four people, available for an extra €15 per session. Since we were four, it ended up being very affordable, and we used it almost every evening.
The location is very convenient—less than a 5-minute walk to the Sitnyakovo Express lift and about a 10-minute walk to most of the village’s restaurants.

Cons:

They don’t really have a concept of daily housekeeping, or at least it wasn’t clear to us whether it needed to be requested. Normally, you wouldn’t expect to have to ask for your room to be cleaned. We stayed for four nights and did not receive any housekeeping service at all—no bed making and no emptying of the trash bins.
That said, since we were using the sauna, we did receive fresh towels every evening. We used those as shower towels and repurposed the older ones for the sauna, which worked out fine.

On a more personal note, I unfortunately lost my sleeping mask during our stay. I called the hotel to ask if they could look for it, as it couldn’t have been lost anywhere else. However, it seemed that, because it was “just” a sleeping mask, there wasn’t much effort put into finding it. It was a Mulberry silk mask costing around €50, so I would have appreciated a more thorough search—especially since it may have been mixed in with the laundry (bedsheets or towels) taken after our departure. They just called back to say they couldn’t find it.

Worm and functonal
Pros:

The location is a short walk from everything important. Enough space for all cars to park. Very worm. Spacy rooms. Functional kitchen. The apartment was cleaned daily, towels and bedsheets replaced after 3 days.

Cons:

Very basic breakfast. Very poor WiFi coverage in our apartment.
