Gute Lage zur Gondel, sauberes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, sehr freundlicher Besitzer
Pros:

Die Lage ist bestens, die Gondel ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir konnten spontan noch eine Nacht dazubuchen, da das Wetter gut war und wir so auf den Musala wandern konnten.
Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Frühstück konnten wir aus mehreren Varianten bei der Ankunft auswählen, das dann im schönen traditionell ausgestatteten Frühstücksraum morgens serviert wurde. Zusätzlich gab es dann noch Müsli und Obst zur Auswahl.
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und sagen nochmals Danke für den freundlichen Empfang, die hilfreichen Tipps, das schöne Zimmer und das leckere Frühstück.

Cosy little villa/hotel
Pros:

Apartment is spacious and well equiped. Breakfast is good and there's variety.
Location is very good.

Cons:

Parking and especially entrance wasn't cleaned of snow and ice.

We really liked it, so pretty in the trees, and so close to the main area. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Pros:

It was really well located to the slops, yet still quite and not getting disturbed by the bars and clubs in the main area.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, loads of options, and a really cosy restaurant.
The ski equipment we rented was well maintained, and it was great to be able to have it at the hotel for easy of pick up and return.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a kettle, we had cups and fridge, but no kettle.

Pros:

The location is great for skiers, close to the pistes and the 4-seater chair lift, with proper ski room and even boot drying equipment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice wooden furniture. The breakfast was plenty, varied, and tasty. Our arrival was delayed, but we had no problems arranging a late check-in, with no extra costs.

Cons:

The breakfast could have started earlier so that we would be able to get to the first ski lifts (breakfast was between 8 and 10 am, and the first chair is at 8:30).

Recommended stay at Borovets
Pros:

Location closed to ski lift near Rila hotel. The breakfast was good, with variety of kinds. The room was warm and was heated generously.

Cons:

It was nice if breakfast could start earlier say 7:30 because the ski lift becoming very busy with 1:30 hour wait. So i consider skip breakfast.
