Има още да се желае по хигиената Външно хотела се подържа много добре но в стаите хигиената е малко занижена За престоят ми от 7 дни Бельото не беше подменено и кошчето от тоалетната не беше изхвърляно.

Die Lage direkt am Meer. Der Außenbereich sehr ansprechend mit bequemen Liegen und Stühlen rund um den Pool. die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend..
In der Tiefgarage war Platz für unseren Mietwagen
Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Wonderful week .
Pros:

The breakfast was ideal , hot and cold choices . The view from the hotel is stunning . We always choose a seaview room , and the staff are wonderful ( always there to help )

Locatie cu potential tratata cu indiferenta de personalul actual!

Amplasamentul si parcarea in garajul de la subsol.

Cons:

Atitudinea fata de observatiile clientilor. Receptionera si instalatorul solicitati, sunt imuni la constatarile unor deficiente, impardonabile unui hotel de 3* {scurgerea apelor uzate de la cada se face aparent inundand toata baia catre sifonul de pardoseala, care aveau un caracter permanent si nu ocazional). Singura persoana care a inteles si recunoscut problema a fost ukraineanca care este folosita intensiv pe toate sectoarele (receptie, bucatarie, piscina....).Doi tineri vorbitori de limba engleza incearca sa rezolve unele probleme aparute la clientii nevorbitori de limba bulgara, rusa ,ukraineana! In opt zile s-a "vizitat" camera o singura data ....noroc cu hartia igienica din bagaje! Am fost clienti ai hotelului in 2024 in aceiasi perioada, ne-a placut si am revenit! Desi amplasamentul atenueaza unele neplaceri.... preturile ofertate depasesc exigentele minime!
