Pros:

Хороший отэль прям в центре Города,вежливый персонал, чисто есть полотенца, горячая вода, паркинг бесплатно возле отеля вдоль дороги, мы были две ночи и довольны, рекомендую!

Pros:

the location is quiet and peaceful, with amazing scenery. Hotel was okay and can say a nice place for you to get some rest

Cons:

There's no lift. Muly room was on level 4 and need to climb the stairs. Due to this after a tiring day exploring the city, I just stay in the room until checked out the next day.

Ülke klima ile ısındığı için oda bana biraz serin geldi. Konumu güzel sadece küçük bir yokuşu var. Hava karlı olduğunda yerler kayıyor. Personel güler yüzlüydü.

Una notte a Plovdiv..
Pros:

L’albergo si trova in un’ottima posizione, a pochissimi passi dal centro. Anche se tutti parlano di una salita per raggiungerlo, in realtà non è nulla di troppo complicato da fare a piedi. Per quanto riguarda l’auto, invece, noi abbiamo trovato posto davanti ad un altro albergo vicinissimo e la receptionist del nostro, dopo averle chiesto se potevamo lasciarla là, ci ha detto di sì.
In ogni caso ci sono parecchi posti gratuiti dove parcheggiare. Voglio tornare sulla receptionist perché siamo stati fortunati, ne abbiamo trovata una che parlava in italiano, davvero gentile che ci ha illustrato come aprire la porta al nostro rientro di sera. Inoltre, quando le ho chiesto un ombrello perché pioveva, ce ne ha dato uno.
La nostra stanza era al quarto piano, da raggiungere con le scale (perché non c’è l’ascensore). Era di una buona dimensione, anche il bagno era grande con doccia e aveva persino il balcone. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, si può migliorare. Avevano lasciato le finestre aperte, forse per far uscire la puzza di fumo (che comunque si avvertiva lo stesso) e probabilmente per quel motivo era entrato un insetto che camminava sulla tenda. Poi abbiamo trovato un pesciolino d’argento nel letto. Direi che la pulizia si può migliorare.
Ah, dimenticavo. Di notte si avvertiva un fischio, tipo allarme, non so a cosa fosse dovuto ma l’abbiamo sentito 2-3 volte e la prima volta ci siamo spaventati dato che stavamo dormendo.
Nel complesso, noi siamo arrivati alle 19-20 e ripartiti la mattina dopo per le 9-10. Quindi per una notte sola, per il prezzo pagato, va più che bene anche perché la posizione è ottima. Il letto era confortevole.

Va più che bene per una sola notte e per la posizione. La pulizia da migliorare e anche quel fastidioso odore di fumo che persiste nelle stanze.
Provando il Wi-Fi con le credenziali che erano in stanza, non funzionava. Così mi sono connessa al router del mio telefono ma è stata una soluzione temporanea (avevo dati limitati). Ho dovuto lavorare poco, trattandosi di un sabato, per fortuna.. ma se avessi avuto bisogno di un Wi-Fi performante, mi sarei trovata in difficoltà.
Comunque, dato che appunto dovevo fare poche cose e stare poco tempo, non ho neppure chiesto in reception perché non funzionasse. Quindi se a voi dovesse servire una buona connessione internet, funzionante a lungo, meglio che vi informiate!

My stay was very disappointing. The hotel had a strong smell of hash throughout, and the WC door could not even close properly. These are basic things that should be addressed in any hotel. I will not be returning.
