Pros:

Рецепционистката беше изключително любезна и добра. Хотелът е в центъра и има паркинг.

Cons:

За да влезеш в хотела трябва да звъниш на номер. Проблемът е, че беше мръсно. Коса по чаршафите, неизмито. Липсва персонал. Една жена прави всичко. Наложи се да ни преместят. Хавлии не бяха чисти , донесоха други. Хотелът е заключен. Влиза се с код. Нивото е нула.

Pros:

The lady from reception called me several times to tell me that the reception is closing by 19:00 and she is going to miss the bus to Karlovo otherwise. When I asked her if the reception would be open after that, she said “madam this is Sopot”. I do not blame the lady, but please state that the reception is open until 19:00 a you do not except guests after that! The hotel is dirty and smells of mold. We need to change hotel immediately. We changed to the other hotel in town.

Pros:

Staff was polite and the location is nice

Cons:

The beds were uncomfy and the rooms were really small, there is room for improvement, especially for the price paid per room
