Špinavé, smradľavé, v sprche pleseň, po zemi a stenách chrobáky a bohvieaká iná háveď. Vo WC žiaden toaletný papier, žiadne mydlo či šampón. Posteľná bielizeň špinavá a deravá, matrace flakaté. Diery v stenách, kazetový strop detto. Deklarované parkovanie sa nekonalo, auto ostalo na hlavnej ceste pred ubytovaním. Odišli sme odtiaľ po pár minútach. Žiadali sme zrušiť rezerváciu a vrátenie peňazí. Doteraz nám nebolo vyhovené. Neverte fotkám ubytovania, ani náhodou nezodpovedajú realite !!! Bohužiaľ sme neurobili fotografie reality, také veľké bolo naše zdesenie!

Die ganze Gebäude alles Trekking,stinkt nach Zigaretten für Nichtraucher Zimmer,im Bad am Boden Tote Viecher, Vorhänge angehängt, Löcher an die wende mit Klebeband zugeklebt, Möbel alt und abgenutzt möglicherweise kaputt mehr habe nicht registrieren können bin sofort wieder raus.Habe leider keine Fotos war so schockiert und nicht daran gedacht .

Vuile kamer, slechte bedden, alles rook naar sigaretten, gaten in de muren, kapotte gordijnen,... De naam hotel niet waardig.

It was dirty, not very confortable and expensive for what you get

Am făcut rezervare cu check-in în aceiași zi, rezervare făcută la 8 dimineața, confirmată instant. În jurul prânzului am scris un mesaj hotelului să îi înștiințez la ce oră ajungem iar ei mi-au răspuns sec “nu sunt camere disponibile”. Am întrebat de ce nu am fost informată încă de dimineață de acest lucru, răspunsul a venit la fel ca și primul, sec: “a fost o eroare”. Este de înțeles ca erori se pot întâmpla, de la cele tehnice la umane, însă nemulțumirea mea este lipsa de interes a personalului hotelului să anunțe clienții din timp, nu când le-am scris eu, ca a fost o problemă. Nu recomand acest hotel!

Не почистени стаи, от климатика мирише на цигари, неудобни легла и дупки в стените.
От предните отзиви бях подготвена, но това надмина очакванията ми.

Very dirty floors with garbage from previous guests, toilet was dirty, the sheets didn't inspire confidence that they were clean too. As a whole it was a poor experience.

Attitude. Had to find somewhere else even though I showed proof of my booking through email as nobody was there to receive us. Took a photo of myself otside the place. Still did not bother to be courteous or even offer assistance to find somewhere. I can understand human error. Misunderstanding, etc, but this was downright rude. I was lucky to be in company, that it was daylight as imagine if I was a solo traveller dragging a 20kg case and a bagpack alone in the dark in a foreign country. Can't rate the size of the room because I didn't stay. Thank god in the end. Utterly disappointed 😞 Other property I found was beautiful and in the end turned out to do me a favour. Which I have given a good review for. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life and a forewarning to any solo female traveller to be careful with booking this place.

Not clean. Old sofa needs to be thrown away. Cleanliness was very poor with cigarette butts on the floor. No sign of any bar or restaurant despite what it states on Booking page. Strong stale smell of cigarettes. They only accept cash - no cards or Revolut.
