Raport calitate preț bun!
Pros:

Cameră cu vedere la mare, baia , curățenia , aproape de plajă chiar dacă nu pe plajă , a avut sală de sport , piscină hotelului a fost ok

Cons:

Personalul care servea clatitele la restaurant era arogant și îți dădea cu porția, faptul ca in ultima seară ne-a gust puțin rău de la mâncare (deci nu e o certitudine pentru ca am mâncat și în oraș în aceea seară o înghețată )

Персонал очень услужливый и гибкий, подходят к каждому случаю индивидуально, а не стандартно. Можно сказать, что работают на оценку, т.е. чтобы клиент в любом случае остался доволен.
На рецепции всегда есть дежурный Администратор, и дежурный Управляющий который постоянно лавирует по ситуации.
Бармены постоянно бегают между 4-мя барами взависимости от времени.
Клининг должны убирать по регламенту через день или два, но я обратил внимание, что как минимум пылесосили и заправляли постель каждый день.
Мне настолько нравится, что я уже 4-й раз забронировал эту гостиницу на сентябрь.

Я в принципе капризный, но даже мне тяжело придраться.

Micul dejun a fost bun. După gustul meu ar fi trebuit mai diversificate fructele ( pepene ) .

Sehr schönen Urlaub
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, traumhafte Aussieht vom Balkon, sauberer Strand und blau-grün-türkis unbegrenztes Meer.
Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und fleißiges Personal. Leckeres Essen. Sauna zum Entspannen und Pool zum Erfrischen.
Im Hotel sind viele Familien mit Kindern. Muss man mit „Kinderlähmung“ rechnen (uns hat es nicht gestört)

Cons:

Die Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand sind nicht im Preis inbegriffen (Komplett für 2 Person kostet ca. 20€ pro Tag).
Wenn Hotel ausgelastet ist (am Wochenende), im Restaurant kommt zum Chaos: alle Tische sind besetzt, die Gäste laufen mit voller Teller hin- und her- um Platz zu finden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avant tout grâce à l‘accueil la sympathie de la direction et du staff avec une mention spéciale à Preslava ( j’espère ne pas estropier son prénom )
