Не би било лошо да се поставят навеси на балконите . Слънцето напича силно и не може да се стъпи там .
Добра локация, много добро обслужване, просторни стаи с хубава гледка, страхотен басейн и спа. Безплатен паркинг (през целия ден колата е на сянка). Също храната е вкусна (между 70 / 90лв за 2 човека).
Интернетът в нашата стая (А2) за жалост не беше толкова добър, иначе на басейна е по-бърз.
Също, климатикът не охлажда много добре стаята и от него произлиза лек неприятен мирис.
We rented one-bedroom house with lake view for one night stop while visiting Bulgaria. It is in a quiet, remote location, next to Pleven. The surroundings are beautiful and our room had a balcony with the view of lake and forest. The staff were very helpful, made us a tasty late lunch when we arrived, and we had a breakfast in the morning which was included in the price of the stay. Coffee was excellent :)
The bathroom floods when you take shower, the mosquito nets are broken and wifi didn't work, although the receptions was very helpful and brought us amplifier. I guess it is due to remote location, even the phone signal was very low so our own internet couldn't work. Still you can catch some internet next to pool. Although the pool looks nice on photos is really very small, so we didn't use it.

Breakfast is skimpy as it is not buffet and whatever version you choose, you'll need more. Reception is not available at all times, sometimes we've had to wait or go "hunt down" someone, which was not easy since they seem to disappear sometimes. Evening staff in the restaurant saved us and also had very good English. Morning staff in the restaurant had none, though. While laudable, the coffee/tea supplies in the room were skimpy, too - 1 tiny envelope of Nescafe (barely 1 teaspoon) per cup. Shower could use more pressure, it takes a long time to rinse :)) Staff hired to blow fallen leaves away and mow lawns could start a little later than 8 am in such tight quarters. And if the internet doesn't work - we could not connect from our room no matter what - don't tell us it's fine in the reception/restaurant, it's insulting.
For 4 days no one clean my room or change towels.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature, and offers great facilities. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
However, the spa was out of service during my stay, which was disappointing. Additionally, two desserts at the restaurant had hair in them 🤯, and the server didn’t apologize or offer a solution. More attention to detail and customer service would greatly enhance the experience.
