Цената е малко по висока от очакваното за включените закуска и вечеря.Раликата от40 Евро /за включена вечеря, която по цени на хотела е не повече от 15 Евро на човек-за салата и основно/ е неоправдана.Хотелът предлага отлични условия, с вежлив и,усмихнат персонал, чисто е , храната беше вкусна, но цената от 84 Евро е по поносима от 125 евро/човек.

My favorite hotel in Bulgaria
Pros:

Such a wonderful hotel full of old world charm. Beautifully decorated and very well maintained, this is my favorite hotel in all of Bulgaria. The rooms are beautiful and filled with thoughtful features and the beds are comfortable. Even though it’s in the middle of the city I didn’t hear any noise at all, from inside or outside. Both the front desk employees were so friendly and helpful and the food and atmosphere in the restaurant was great and service attentive. The breakfast buffet has everything you could imagine you ever wanted.

Cons:

I loved everything. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like.

За трите нощувки получихме зареждане на тоалетни принадлежности само при пристигане.Явно в този хотел считат,че независимо колко нощувки имаш ти е необходима една шапка за душ и една монодоза душ гел и шампоан за трите дни...

Още не мога да открия паркинга на хотела към който ме насочи служителят от рецепция.... Изключително неудобно паркиране, което обезсмисля това, че хотелът е в центъра на града. В банята имаше непочистена коса...
Лавракът, който поръчах в ресторанта на хотела беше доста стар. Имаше развалено яйце на закуска.

A truly excellent hotel
Pros:

Very helpful staff throughout the hotel. Excellent meals in the restaurant. Luxurious room with everything we needed and more. Great location.
