Meine Reservierung wurde gecancelt mit der Begründung, dass die Autorisierung meiner Visa-Karte gescheitert sei. Das Hotel-Team hat sich leider geweigert mich zu unterstützen, obwohl ich ihnen den Autorisierungscode persönlich durchgeben wollte. Die klassische Ausrede: technische Probleme. Das Geld ist jedoch von meinem Konto abgebucht worden und ich weiß nicht einmal, ob ich es zurück erhalten werde. Nach langen Telefonaten mit dem Hotel wurde mir bewusst, dass die Reservierung storniert wurde, weil das für uns vorgesehene Zimmer jemandem überlassen wurde, der direkt beim Hotel gebucht hat, d.h. nicht über Booking.com Logischerweise verdient das Hotel bei einer direkten Buchung viel mehr als bei einer Buchung über Booking... Wirklich schade! Die Hotel-Mitarbeiterin war am Telefon zwar nett, aber wenig hilfreich, weil die ganze Prozedur über das Marketing gelaufen sei.

Pros:

A szálloda nagyon közel van a tengerparthoz. Finom volt a reggeli és nagyon kedves a személyzet. Legközelebb is ezt választjuk.

Cons:

A fürdőszobában kevés a rakodó felület.

Libilo se mi všecko (mimo TV). Lepśi personal ani doma jsem nepotkala! Vstŕicni, pomohou vždycky!!! Zařizeni hotelu jsou vinikajici, hlavne ty maličkosti: sitka proti moucham, ventilaćka, konvice+2 hrnce s podšalky, malinkata osuška jen pro obličej, na balkone jsou 2 židle, popelnik, velky sušak pro plavky. Pokoj a hotel se vypada jako po rekonstrukci! Snidani bylo v cene hotelu. Jidlo pro mě neni duležite!

Měla jsem problem s TV. Denne měla jsem někoho požadat abych zapnuli me TV.
