The location was perfect: 2 minute walk from most lifts, 7 minute walk to the gondola. You can rent skis on the ground floor of the hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and very kind. Would definitely stay here again.
We had an amazing reception on arrival from Slavahce who carried all our bags and Tsvetelina on reception. Both delightful and very helpful.
Location right next to the slopes and lifts, ski hire inside the hotel, fully equipped compact gym, cosy sizable chalet style rooms, great breakfast.
Our welcome was great, we arrived in a mini-van and the door staff greeted us by name and took our bags to the room while we checked-in. Check-in/reception staff also very friendly and informative. We had a Chalet right by the ski path between the 4 man & 6 man chair-lifts, so the location was great. The Chalet itself had one bedroom (2 singles) and a living area/bedroom (1x queen), also a bathroom with sauna downstairs and upstairs a large studio flat, which had a queen bed and a fold-out sofa bed, also a nice ensuite bathroom upstairs. We also had a balcony upstairs, which was nice to sit in. Breakfast was a good spread of items (hot and cold) and was included in our price. Location is great and ski-hire is within 1 min walk at Alpin (next to YNIQ restaurant).
Location is great and you're situated right between the 6 man and 4 man chair-lifts (ski in-out). Access to the Blue and Green Drag/Button-Lifts is easy to get to too.
There's plenty of great restaurants nearby within a easy/quick walk. Alpin also has an on-site restaurant and can handle large group bookings. Titanic restaurant is very close (next door) and has great local food. Also really enjoyed Green King and Himra (5 min walk). Hotel Samakov (5 min walk) has a bowling lane and air-rifle shooting, if you need a break from skiing. Also we highly recommend Dimitar from Skiwithme for a ski instructor and his family has a nice little bar/restaurant Sunski Bistro (5 min walk), which is great for a snack and drink after a days skiing.
Amazing room with two bedrooms, one with en suite, separate bathroom and living room area. Wonderful views back to the Rila and over one of the black runs too. All staff from the guy helping us with our luggage, to the lady on reception and the guy in the bootroom were friendly and helpful - and the breakfast was decent too!
honestly can't think of anything! If you want to be really picky, there is no lift!
