Nettes Hilfspersonal, Gutes Frühstück, Schwimmbecken

Cons:

Schleichfunktion des Klimaanlage, alte abgenutzte und fleckige Teppiche, kapute Fliesen und Dusche, und in Zimmer kein WiFi jedenfalls kein funktionierendes, um was zu empfangen mußte ich auf dem Flur.

Стаята беше чиста и просторна, леглото удобно,почиства се всеки ден, персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив.
Много богата закуска.
И басейнът беше хубав, много добро местоположение в близост до плажа и магазин Лидл.
Само паркирането беше малко трудно,тъй като колите се запушваха ,липсват паркоместа.
Но както цяло сме доволни от престоя и бихме се върнали пак!

Pros:

Cum nu aveam prea multe optiuni in perioada aleasa, am zis sa incerc pe pielea mea, desi recenziile erau oarecum contradictorii: note foarte mari vs. note foarte mici. Pot sa spun ca este un hotel de 3 stele 9de tip buget), cum altfel scrie si pe placuta de la Receptia hotelului. Exista multe aspecte pozitive. Amplasarea este buna, magzine sunt apropae. Hotelul e in stil butique. Camera este mare si spatioasa. Este curat. Lenjeriile erau impecabile. Prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic si s-a luat gunoiul zilnic. Micul dejun este disponibil intre 8 si 10 si mie una mi s-a parut suficient de variat pentru un hotel mic: clasicele cereale, cu lapte si iaurt, gem, unt, oua fierte si oua ochiuri, telemea, cascaval. In plus, in fiecare zi faceau eforturi sa schimbe tipurile de mezeluri, carnaciori, sau sa aduca ceva nou. Aveau celebra banitsa in fiecare dimineata si un pandispan proaspat artizanal. Pepene rosu au avut in fiecare dimineata. Personalul era foarte atent. Frecvent luau platourile, pentru a le reumple. Imediat strangeau mesele, stergeau firmiturile etc. Hotelul are si o mica terasa, cu umbrele si se poate servi micul dejun si in aer liber, pentru cine doreste. Piscina nu am ajuns sa o testam. Per total e ok pentru cine isi doreste o sedere scurta, sau o vacanta cu buget redus.

S-a tot scris despre mocheta: da, este veche, ar trebui schimbata, dar asta nu e un obstacol. Baia ar avea nevoie de o improspatare. Chiuveta s-a vrut a fi fancy, dar se pierde la functionalitate. Se stropeste in jur. Cu putin efort ajungi sa stapanesti robinetul tip maneta, ca sa eviti stropirea in jurul chiuvetei. Cafeaua de la dozator e cu adevarat slaba si nu au cafea solubila, ca sa iti prepari simgur. Desi scrie in oferta de rezolvare: cu free parking, la receptie afli ca de fapt nu e asa. Deci trebuie sa va rezervati buget separat si pentru parcare. Ar fi fost normal sa scrie ca se plateste si cat costa/zi. Nu am vazut wi-fi, dar nu m-a deranjat, avand un serviciu de roaming generos.

Хотела е хубав , намира се на много удобно място. Има голям хранителен магазин до него. Плажа е на 7 мин пеша. Спирката за автобусите към града е на 5 мин пеша. Леглата са много големи и удобни. Климатика работеше добре. Стаята е широка

The hotel falls short of the 4-star rating advertised on the website and did not meet my expectations. It appears more like a 1-star establishment, with outdated decor dating back around 30 years. The property requires significant renovations, including replacing stained carpets, repairing damaged door frames, fixing broken floor tiles, and updating old and faulty water taps. During my stay, I observed only four employees managing various tasks. Two staff members handled breakfast service from 8-10 am before transitioning to cleaning hotel rooms. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking, evident by bird droppings on the balcony left unattended for three days. Additionally, the front desk receptionist also served in the cafeteria, dividing their attention between the two areas. The swimming pool exhibited safety concerns, with broken and sharp tiles in the children's pool area posing a risk of injury. Limited amenities were provided, with only hair shampoo and body wash gel available in the showers. Essential items such as hair conditioner, tissues, an amenities kit, clothes iron, and ironing board were not provided in the rooms. Furthermore, the hotel did not offer swimming pool towels or additional towels upon request, suggesting guests use the shower towels for multiple purposes. Despite booking a room with free parking, I was informed upon check-in that parking fees applied due to limited spaces. The discrepancy between the appealing website images and the actual conditions of the hotel led to a disappointing experience, as it did not align with the standards expected of a 4-star property.
