Pros:

Ótima localização.

Cons:

Um porco morto passou a noite no estacionamento e de manhã carregaram no elevador deixando um cheiro insuportável.
Chave magnética para abrir o quarto de difícil manuseio. Não foi explicado nem demonstrado no check in. Com isso a porta ficava apitando muito tempo, importunando os demais hóspedes.

Cons:

Last minute communication, trying to scam you with reservations of one hotel/room and eventually moving to another. Unfortunately even if you book in advance, on the date of check in they announce you that your room is “under maintenance” and they will move you to another hotel, which is worse (by rating, reviews, appearance etc) and offer a discount. also the location is even more far from what you considered when you booked in the first place 😀
Luckily Booking.com customer service worked properly, so we took last minute reservation at the similar standard hotel nearby and Booking.com is sending us the compensation for price difference.
Strongly don’t recommend to stay in this facility unless you like last minute surprises.

Pros:

Localização excelente, próximo a Praça dos Estudantes na transição do centro para o bairro de Socapochi ( bairro boêmio e com excelentes restaurantes )

Cons:

Na primeira noite tivemos problema com aquecimento da água do quarto, mas nos foi disponibilizado outro quarto para tomarmos banho, não foi o ideal mas compreendemos que contratempos acontecem.

Un bon hôtel pour un bon séjour.
Pros:

Un hôtel simple, propre, carré. Un bon petit déjeuner et un personnel gentil. L’hôtel est idéalement placé (500m du téléphérique).

Cons:

La chambre est un peu plus petite que les photos laissent penser et le lit double ne vous laisse pas trop le choix d’être proche de la personne avec qui vous dormez. L’isolation sur la rue n’est pas très bonne, attention au sommeil léger.
La personne a l’accueil n’était ni chaleureuse ni froide, mais nous avons un peu eu l’impression de la déranger lors du check-out pour laisser nos bagages 2h à l’accueil (ce qui nous a été proposé à notre arrivée).

Good hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Good modern hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful. The room was very comfortable and always cleaned very promptly. The location is an about 20 minutes from the large tourist attractions. For us this was fine but just to bear in mind

all in all thoroughly enjoyed the few days spent here. very helpful staff.
Pros:

nice wel run hotel with friendly staff . good rooms and lovely breakfast. we did have to leave the hotel as they were fully booked for the weekend but it gave us the opportunity to stay in another part of town, which ended up a better location.
