El personal intentó solucionar nuestros problemas amablemente
La habitaciones con estufa de gas!!! Se puede asfixiar alguien y además llegas a la Paz que te falta el oxigeno como para tener esto en la habitación. Hacía mucho frio cuando llegamos. Los colchones super blandos y mala calidad y las almohadas igual. Los cristales mas finos que un papel.. sin edredon, con unas mantas (aunque es bastante tipico en Bolivia) …lo siento pero 4 estrellas no son..
Gostei da localização, perto do centro (+/_ 1km) e de Sopocachi, bairro com vários restaurantes bons. O café da manhã é bom com frutas, pão, yogurte, queijo, presunto, ovo, bolos, só não varia nada.
É perto da linha morada e da linha celeste de teleféricos e perto da praça do estudante, onde tem vans para diversos locais, o que facilita a locomoçao.

Location, size of the room
Lack of hot water in the sink, very noisy from the street and what was the most outrageous - taxi transfer to the airport provided by the hotel: taxi was extremely expensive (haven’t had a chance for Uber due to very early departure), car was rubbish with no seat belts and traffic lights!! hardly going uphills and on the end when we were giving the agreed fare by the hotel to the driver, he wanted to cheat us on extra amount….

A modern hotel, though showing some signs of wear; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were tasty (though sometimes a bit cold). Excellent location.
The staff struggled with English, and there were issues with the Wi-Fi (no internet connection).

Boa localização para explorar a cidade. Staff sempre disponível para ajudar. Pequeno almoço rasoável, mas nesta altura a cidade estava sitiada pelos campesinos e rurais e o abastecimento de comida e combustível à cidade estava muito dificultado pelo que, não se podia exisgir muito do PA, mas ainda assim, era bom.
Bem central. Localização boa.
Foi um pouco barulhento, talvez por conta de um jogo.
