Safe location with tremendous host.
Pros:

The host was tremendous knowledgeable and helpful.
Staff were great. Location is very safe with all of the embassy’s in the same street
Beautiful garden.
It is an older property but well maintained.

Cons:

Nothing.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft, zwar teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt TOP. Der Hausherr gab uns viele gute Tips.

Pros:

Ernesto war sehr hilfsbereit und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sei es für geplante Ausflüge, dem Zwischenlagern des Gepäcks oder dem Wäschewaschen.

Fabulous stay at La Casa de Teresita
Pros:

The safe location near the embassy’s and a cable car station.
The house, room and beautiful gardens.
The excellent breakfast.
The helpfulness and friendliness of the proprietor Mr Ernesto who went to great length to assist us with our plans and lent us cable car cards.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Beautiful view and excellent location.
Pros:

The location was perfect- out of the busy part of town, so it was nice and quiet. However it was still a short walk to many cafes, stores, groceries, etc. I was very happy I didn't stay on the busiest tourist streets, which were fun to visit. The view of the city is fantastic.

Cons:

I wish there was a heater! (Though the owner brought one to me on the third or fourth night, once I asked.) I also felt like I didn't have much privacy- it was a bit too much attention for me as a solo woman traveler.

Wir werden diese Unterkunft immer empfehlen.
Pros:

Es ist hier so herrlich ruhig und nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg bis zur Gondelstation. Ernesto ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Mensch, der sich viel Zeit für seine Gäste nimmt.

Die Gästezimmer liegen hinten im Garten, abgeschirmt von der lauten Straße durch die herrliche alte Villa.

Cons:

Die Heizung erfolgt nur durch einen Ölradiator und dieser hat mit dem Zimmer genug zu tun. Das Bad ist schwierig zu erwärmen.

Atmospheric hotel packed with history
Pros:

The hotel is situated in historic house of a doctor's familly, now run by their son. Peaceful La Paz district. Beautiful patio garden. Delicious breakfast. And the owner - very polite and helpful man. His pets always welcomed us.

O atendimendo do responsável fez com que qualquer os pontos negativo fossem facilmente esquecidos.
Pros:

Do atendimento do Sr Ernesto, uma figura humana excepcional, sempre preocupado e cuidando do hóspede como se fosse seu filho. Confesso que isso me fez sentir seguro e feliz.

Cons:

Tudo esteve ótimo.

I was made to feel at home and Ernesto was the most friendly and helpful host. The stained glass window art in the room and the gardens were beautiful. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely stay
Pros:

I had a lovely stay here! I am a female solo traveller and I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the owner was so friendly! I had a night bus planned on the day I was checking out and he let me use my room for the entire day up until my bus left, which was very nice! The bed was amazing, the shower had the best water pressure i’ve had in South-America and everything was very clean!

Cons:

The breakfast could have a little more variety, but it was fine!

Wonderful stay, great host.
Pros:

The manager Ernesto is one of the best hosts I’ve had and I have had about 100 bookings. Helpful and attentive. Shares his knowledge about La Paz and Bolivia. Comfortable rooms. Nice area amongst other countries Embassies.

Cons:

Nothing I did not like. Located away from the city centre. But there is a Teleférico station (cable car) nearby. There a 10 lines long and short. I loved it - no traffic!

Perfekter Aufenthalt in La Paz!
Pros:

Alles super. Top Lage, ruhige Lage, schöner Garten. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Zimmer. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Absolut toll!

Pros:

Très bon accueil avec un verre et de nombreuses informations sur le quartier. Les chambres donnent sur un jardin à l'arrière de la maison qui protège du bruit de la rue.
Les chambres sont faites tous les jours.
Notre avion partant au milieu de la nuit nous avons pu profiter des lieux jusqu'à tard en soirée.
Le quartier est très sûr avec beaucoup de restaurants, proche du téléphérique.

Cons:

Rien à signaler. Très agréable séjour.

Pros:

The location is good and the staff is good.

Cons:

We booked two rooms. One double room and one single room. The double room is all good but the single room is way too worse: not very clean, super cold without electric heater( I asked and then they gave it too me) and there was a spider in the bathroom. The price of the two rooms were almost the same but experience was totally different.
