Pela localização e custo, vale a pena. Mas se for alergico, não recomento.
Pros:

Á localização é ótima. Café da manhã bom e preço justo. Estacionamento terceirizado, com manobrista. As instalações do hotel são muito boas, o que prejudica foi a limpeza do apartamento e roupas de cama e banho.

Cons:

Limpeza. Quarto com limpeza precária, balcões sujos, louças engorduradas. A cama está mal arrumada, as mantas de se cobrir não deu para usar, pois estavam com cheiro de mofo e outras com cheiro de perfume, ou seja, não foram higienizados entre um hospede e outro. Durante os 3 dias que ficamos, apenas retiraram os lixos. Mas o quarto é mal cuidado, uma parte do chão sem piso o que levantava muita poeira, péssimo para quem tem qualquer tipo de alergia. Na sacada é uma grama sintética mal cuidada, tinha até pedaços de unhas (cortaram unha e não foi limpo).

A localização é excelente. O flat é bem funcional.
Loquei 01 flat para 5 pessoas. Ficou bastante apertado.
