Apenas do café da manhã..

Cons:

Eu não gostei de praticamente tudo, o lençol estava sujo, as paredes estava cheio de teia de aranha e o chão com areia, o quarto estava como se não tivesse sido limpo, as cortinas cheia de mofo televisão quebrada e muita poeira, avisei o rapaz da recepção que a tv não estava funcionando e ele disse q era só apertar o botão mais forte, assim a gente fez e não resolveu..
Fiquei muito frustrada..

Da estrutura do hotel e por ser perto do centro onde tem o comércio.

Cons:

O nosso quarto ficava de frente para a rua, e o barulho constante de carros e ônibus era muito alto. Quando finalmente fomos dormir, apareceu uma barata voadora enorme. Tentamos tirar, mas não conseguimos. Fomos até a recepção pedir ajuda e solicitar a troca de quarto, mas o recepcionista disse que não podia fazer nada. Insistimos, então ele subiu para tentar remover a barata — e conseguiu — mas o quarto ficou uma verdadeira bagunça.

Boa e estratégica

O atendimento é bem acolhedor, todos estão de parabéns, em especial a Isa da recepção que fez de tudo para nos ajudar durante nossa estada. Gostei também da qualidade do café da manhã, a comida bem feita e com temperos específicos em cada prato, em especial na farofa de cuscuz com calabresa e banana da terra. Observei também que é um hotel que faz manutenção preventiva, sempre que desocupava o apartamento, ia a equipe de manutenção para arrumar o quarto e muitas vezes eles até já pintavam o apartamento novamente. Já fui para Porto varias vezes, e a primeira vez que vejo uma equipe eficaz assim lá.
