The staff was nice.

Cons:

Beds were very hard, and the shower had no pressure nor hot water. They changed us to another room but the shower was also cold. Oh, they also mentioned a surcharge for hot water. What?!!! Also, I would highly recommend making sure the TVs are not connected to previous guests’ logins. When we turned the TV on in the first room—holy moly! We were shocked to see what was playing! Enough said!
