Pros:

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein etwas anderes Konzept (Apart Hotel) - aber sehr angenehm. Frühstückskörbchen sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Es sollte sich jeder darin etwas finden. Wenn nicht, einfach kurzes Feedback geben.

Schöne Aussicht mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Das Frühstück, die Aussicht, teilweise die Einrichtung. Es ist kein Hotel, von daher war auch das Angebot von Pizza aufbacken oder Käse und Wurst sowie Getränke, die man kaufen kann, sehr angenehm. Fußläufig. Ein sehr schönes Lokal.

Cons:

Es ist schön, dass zwei Pools zur Verfügung stehen. Jedoch sehr schade, dass beide viel zu kalt sind. Gerade der Außenpool mit der schönen Aussicht wäre mit warmen Wasser eine echte Bereicherung. Manches müsste wieder renoviert werden.

Zu Teuer für das was man bekommt aber eigentlich möchte.

Aussicht auf die Berge

Cons:

Es ist wie in einer Jugendherberge und nicht wie in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Das Personal ist zwar sehr freundlich, aber zum Wellnessbereich kann ich nur sagen, dass der Indoorpool sehr frisch und nicht annähernd warm war. Die Duschen im unteren Bereich hatten gar kein warmes Wasser oder waren nur lauwarm. Zudem ging die Heizung im Zimmer nicht, obwohl wir draußen nur einstellige Temperaturen hatten.

Ein Hund kostet pro Nacht 34 € nur für die Übernachtung, was für den Standard einer Jugendherberge sehr teuer ist. Für das Auto werden pro Nacht 12 € berechnet, da es nirgendwo anders Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Es handelt sich dabei jedoch nicht um eine Tiefgarage, sondern eher um ein offenes Autovordach für viele Fahrzeuge, das nicht abgeschlossen werden kann. Essen und Trinken kann man sich – wie in einer Jugendherberge – nur aus dem Automaten ziehen und muss sofort bezahlen.

Das Frühstück wird auf das Zimmer geliefert und musste leider zur Hälfte entsorgt werden, da von den Betreibern nicht gefragt wurde, was man möchte oder verträgt. Es wurde einfach etwas vor die Tür gestellt; das wirkte wie im Krankenhaus oder in Gefängnisfilmen – man muss essen, was es gibt, ansonsten nichts.

Positiv war die Aussicht vom Zimmer, aber das war auch schon alles. Fazit: Das nächste Mal gehen wir gleich in eine Pension, da haben wir mehr davon. Diese Unterkunft hat nichts mit einem 4-Sterne-Hotel zu tun und ist den Preis für die Wellnessanlage nicht wert.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein sehr schönes und vor allem erholsam Hotel

Die Frühstückssituation ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich bin der Meinung, dass die meisten Gäste doch lieber gerne ein Frühstücksbuffet bevorzugen.
