Da limpeza das roupas de cama e banho e da limpeza da acomodação, de maneira geral.
Lençóis e travesseiros limpíssimos e cheirosos.

Cons:

Da localização do quarto, porque a janela dava para a outra parede do prédio.
Também achei falta de opções sem glúten e sem lactose no café da manhã. Acredito que essa é uma condição que os hotéis devem levar em conta hoje.

A estadia foi excelente, equipe atenciosa. Me senti segura e confortável.
Pros:

Adoramos o café da manhã, excelente. Tudo maravilhoso no hotel. O único incômodo foi subir as escadas com as malas. Então para quem viaja com muitas malas, se torna um pouco cansativo subir as escadas.

Não tenho reclamações.
