PÉSSIMO! NÃO VÁ PARA ESSE LUGAR!!!!

Nada! Apenas a gentileza do recepcionista da noite que estava cobrindo férias, Junior

Tudo! As imagens não condizem com o que aparece no site e na página do Instagram. O estabelecimento está em ruínas e com péssima, ou melhor, NENHUMA MANUTENÇÃO! No meu quarto, os lençóis estavam sujos, além de ter formigas, traças, mofo e teias de aranha como se não fosse limpo há meses! O chuveiro era frio e saía apenas um filete de água. Quando solicitei troca de quarto, fui informada que a hospedagem estava lotada, sendo que não vi ninguém no mesmo prédio que eu, apenas uma hóspede que estava lá há dois dias e relatou os mesmo incômodos, inclusive que a TV do quarto dela não funcionava e nada foi feito. Quando solicitei que alguém tentasse resolver o problema do chuveiro, me foi orientado que eu mesma tentasse soltar o bojo do chuveiro para melhorar a vazão da água! Absurdo em cima de absurdos. Sem contar que os taxistas do local dizem sentir-se inseguros ao passar por lá! Me senti tão insegura que antecipei o checkout que seria de dois dias para manhã do dia seguinte porque não tinha como eu sair de lá no mesmo dia por falta de veículo próprio! Aplicativos não atendem o local e só consegui me deslocar porque o recepcionista da noite me passou o contato de alguns taxistas que, às vezes, atendiam ao local!!! O local deveria se chamar Hotel Transilvânia!!

Hotel extremamente velho
Pros:

Dos funcionários, principalmente a gerente

Cons:

Hotel extremamente velho. Roupas de cama com cheiro de mofo, baratas saindo do ralo do banheiro, infiltrações nas paredes. Tivemos qje sair pois era insalubre.

O hotel está abandonado, em ruínas… sujo, o café da manhã dava nojo… só comemos no primeiro dia…
Não tinha lençol suficiente…
Enfim, acho que a booking nem devia aceitar anunciar … uma grande frustração… na propaganda parecia outra coisa….
Se já não tivesse pago nem tinha ficado.
Chegamos a pensar em procurar outro, mas de última hora, ou não tinha vaga, ou estava super caro
