Os quartos são sujos, com tomadas e fios soltos, risco a segurança dos hóspedes, fios desencapados no quarto, ar condicionado não funciona. Me mudaram de quarto por Três vezes consecutivas mas não quiseram cancelar a minha hospedagem. Foi um show de horrores e o pior lugar que já me instalei até hoje! Até HOSTEL é 10 vezes melhor que este hotel caindo aos pedaços e não limpo, tinha até cabelo de outras pessoas no travesseiro, nem fronha eles trocam. Absurdo.
