A educação dos funcionários tentando entregar o melhor conforto, organização com as malas e o café da manhã foi legal! O bairro tem um ar muito sinistro e todos da região disseram que era perigoso.

Cons:

Muito mofo e poeira antiga nos móveis que também são antigos, algo difícil de manter limpo. Ar condicionado também cheio de poeira. Dormi 1 noite e, com muitos remédios, uns 4 dias para recuperar da crise alérgica que desencadeou.
