Pros:

O hotel é bom e tem uma boa equipe de atendimento e um café com boa qualidade de bolos, muito bom e recomentdável.

Cons:

A localização é muito diferente do anunciado, o hotel fica a aproximadamente 2 km do Centro da cidade e foi divulgado de forma errada que fica a 500 metros, achei isso péssimo.
Recomendo que se diga a verdade sobre a localização para não criar um clima horrível entre os hospedes e a equipe do hotel

Muito confortável, agradável, tanto para casais, quanto família. Não fica tão longe do centro, de carro em menos de 5 mi

Tudo muito organizado e limpo.

Cons:

Achei que o chuveiro da suíte estava desregulado, muita pressão de água. Mesmo, tendo regulador, demorou para “calibrar” a vazão. Talvez em dias mais frios, isso poderá ser um problema.

A decoração natalina é simplesmente muito bonita, o café da manhã é bem amplo e com bastante variedades e o wi fi pega perfeitamente nos quartos e na televisão.
