Lovely place, stylish and clean rooms, great balconies off room.
Pros:

despite being small rooms they felt spacious. Loved the window in the shower so you could see the mountain as you showered!

Cons:

Had to pay for a proper coffee if you wanted one with breakfast.

Really lovely accommodation in Falls Creek.
Pros:

The property was in a great location. Easy access and had a great drying room ski gear. Really nice communal spaces. Rooms were very good and had an ensuite. I really liked the communal lounge dining area. Staff were really great. Meals were great. I really liked that they have a spa and sauna room.

Friendly ski resort with great facilities
Pros:

It was a great lodge that had everything for a ski holiday. The restaurant and food and the music on Saturday night created a great atmosphere. The facilities for guests were great everything that you needed.

I think we just had an unfortunately bad season but the staff are great, the restaurant and spa are real bonuses
Pros:

Staff were excellent and quick to respond to any queries.
The spa is amazing
The restaurant is absolutely fabulous

Cons:

It was not convenient under the conditions (poor snow conditions) which meant we needed to hire lockers and leave gear at the bottom etc

The rooms aren’t serviced, and have no kitchen facilities (which is as advertised) and are are pretty small which is fine just quite expensive

Pros:

The staff were very warm and friendly. The layout of the lodge was very functional, was great having the drying room for gear and clothes on the same level as the entry. The lounge area and games room were well equipped. The spa and sauna was a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Michelle and the team at Lakeside were lovely - very warm and inviting. The room was spacious and was quite modern. Brekkie selection was decent for a continental breakfast spread. Highly recommend for a stay at Falls! :)

Practical & stylish place to stay.
Pros:

Loved the on site lounge, restaurant & hot tub. Loved the simple hot tub booking system. Appreciated access to a kitchen which was well stocked & maintained.

Cons:

Bathrooms are very stylish in black, but a bit tricky to see in without glasses!
