Pros:

The staff were very warm and friendly. The layout of the lodge was very functional, was great having the drying room for gear and clothes on the same level as the entry. The lounge area and games room were well equipped. The spa and sauna was a great place to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Pros:

Michelle and the team at Lakeside were lovely - very warm and inviting. The room was spacious and was quite modern. Brekkie selection was decent for a continental breakfast spread. Highly recommend for a stay at Falls! :)

Practical & stylish place to stay.
Pros:

Loved the on site lounge, restaurant & hot tub. Loved the simple hot tub booking system. Appreciated access to a kitchen which was well stocked & maintained.

Cons:

Bathrooms are very stylish in black, but a bit tricky to see in without glasses!

Pros:

Beautiful place. So very peaceful. The staff were amazing. So very helpful friendly and polite

Cons:

No amenities like kettle or microwave in your room. No power points near the bed. Walls are very thin and other guests outside in the hall were very noisy. No access to any services by staff from 10am to 4pm. There was access to a guest kitchen tho

Ski in and out comfort
Pros:

I loved how accessible it was for ski in and out. The lounge area is stunning and comfortable. Great place for mixing with other people. Bed comfy. Spa and sauna area is a great bonus.

Cons:

It can be a little noisy up until 10pm if you are on the floor below lounge area. We also wished it had a kettle in our room, so we weren’t walking hot drinks from kitchen to our room.
