Location was good
We were advised that the music from the pub across the road would be noisy but I didn't think it would be as bad as what it was. Started at 10pm and was so loud until 4am both fri and sat night. The worst sleep I had had I years. I couldn't believe how loud it was. Ye the website even stated the noise on weekends was loud but I couldn't believe how bad it was.
The rooms have been renovated but out shower leaked and the water run all over the main floor

The property was great but didn’t know about the parking until the last minute and the young tattooed man that checked us in was so rude and not knowledgeable about any of the easy parking options, which was none.

Not much, just cheapest at the time of booking due to app/3rd party issues with previous arranged booking.
Excessive loud music from nearby night club and hoons doing skids on street around night club. Access to room not suitable for persons with mobility issues. Room could do with another bench for luggage and a chair for existing desk/ table.

The check-in process was smooth. Cash payment accepted, helping to avoid bank surcharges. The water pressure in the shower was strong. There was a bar under the hotel, which was convenient for dining. The location was close to the city center.
It would be helpful to have a luggage rack in the room. There was no shower door, so water could leak into the toilet area.
