A good comfortable room centrally located
Pros:

The staff were very good, was upgraded by the young girl in the bar due to a maintenance issue which she addressed promptly. Meal downstairs was lovely and the location excellent

Cons:

Being a Friday night it was very noisy. I had a bad sleep the night before so was hoping to get an early night. There was a band playing and the music was thumping. I guess it’s to be expected, but as id stayed here on a Friday before wasn’t aware that this might have been on.

Clean and spacious - good food
Pros:

Close to my daughter's house. The food is great. The room was spotlessly clean and a clean and spacious ensuite.

Cons:

The stairs - I have knee issues. However I was aware that there would be stairs so this is not a complaint.

A cosy hotel very close to shops and restaurnts.
Pros:

The hotel is central very close to the shopping centre and the train station. The Wifi was excellent!

Cons:

My room this time was just above the bar. The music played at the bar of the restaurant did bother me especially on Fridays and Saturdays. The music played for very long time at night. Next time I will request a room because the rooms have names. I am quite familiar with the hotel.

Totally Satisfied
Pros:

The room was just perfect for me, I found the bed very comfortable the facilities clean and functional.
Excellent meal in the bar couldn't fault the place.

Stayed overnight nice and quiet and comfortable room rooms
Pros:

Nice clean rooms and very good value for money

Cons:

There is nothing I didn’t like this about the property, I just found out that you had to let the hot water run for about 3 to 5 minutes for the hot water to get through properly.
So if you’re up early one of the first people to use it, don’t be silly like me, let the water run until the hot water comes through and don’t have a cold shower.
