Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean room. Good food.

Cons:

We asked for no stairs. The manager was unaware of our request. We only stayed one night and had to go elsewhere for our 2nd. The manager was happy to refund us one night but couldn't because we used booking.com.

Our stay in the George was wonderful. We had a great weekend away and I would highly recommend .
Pros:

The staff were lovely and were very willing to help. The bedrooms were neat and tidy.
The meals in the restaurant were fantastic.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the shower was not up to our liking and did present with a fair bit of mould especially on the bottom of the shower curtain. The carpet at the top and around the bed I don't think had been vacuumed for months.
