Being able to stay inside the International Terminal is the key benefit. In addition, you have access to a variety of food outlets nearby..
Being on the arrivals level produces issues for taxis and ride sharing. They are not able to drop off in the afternoon, despite assertions to the contrary on the website.

Nice location if you are getting in late and leaving early in the morning.
Rooms are ‘tight’. Feels like you’re sleeping in a closet. Bathroom was decent but the toilet seat was only attached on one side. The person at check-in was not helpful and was condescending. Guy at checkout was good in the morning.
I wouldn’t stay here again.
Location was perfect when getting an early flight. Bathroom facilities were perfect. Tea making facilities outside of room were very good. Option to purchase food in the Airport food hall was available.
A stand for a suitcase was needed as was a small chair. There was space for a small TV which was not provided.
