Pros:

How helpful everyone ones, we could eat Breakfast Lunch and Dinner all in the one place.

Cons:

The fact that the back of the rooms are so open to public we had some late night visitors obviously from the pub who made them selves comfortable on our back patio on the chairs

Il parcheggio per la moto davanti alla camera. Il prato enorme che avevamo davanti alla camera.

Cons:

La vendita di bevande inclusa nel tutto ci sta come i cavoli a merenda. Non viene data la colazione facile da organizzare.

For myself it was excellent stay.
Pros:

The hot breakfast was value for money and also cooked as I like it. I had a steak sandwich for lunch and was cooked the way I like it. The Hotel was exactly where I needed to be.

Nice place, spacious rooms, close to everything
Pros:

Nice little town, close to beach, pub/restaurants/shops in a walking distance, all needed amenities provided including microwave, high speed Wi-Fi, Parking in front of room, easy checkout

Cons:

Would be great if the TV's are upgraded to smart TV's
