Good value for money
Pros:

Older motel style rooms but tidy and very clean. Bed was comfortable, bathroom good enough size and overall decent room size with amenities as expected. Great location and having the hotel/pub on site made meals easy, along with a bottle shop. Plenty of cafes, shopping, etc. nearby that are only minutes walk away. Beach about 20 min walk. Good views towards the ocean provided great sunrises. Surprisingly quiet rooms considering it's adjacent to the pub.

Cons:

Looking a bit old & tired, but still functional.

Pros:

Shelby was so helpful. We got there early and have never been to Tannum Sands before. She told us places to visit around the area and in the adjoining town of Gladstone. Also, about the facilities, what time buffet breakfast was what was playing that night. Great experience 👍

Cons:

Can get noisy but it was a Saturday night

Enjoyable stay and would visit again
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay , the location and the view was great . The room was spacious , the bed was comfortable , everything was clean an tidy.

Cons:

The road in front of our car park was the driveway for the pubs drive through liquor barn . It was busy and noisy at times. The door knob to our unit was hard to open from the inside.
