Pros:

Highly recommended, loved the service, daily topup on our continental items in the room. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The only downfall for me was no elevator, especially for people staying on Upper Level & their luggage other than that lovely Hotel.

Convenient location but customer service needs improvement
Pros:

Location & convenience having the bar & restaurant onsite.

Cons:

Lack of customer service when asked for a light bulb to be replaced & told to use the heating light for our 3 day stay (in 39 degree heat)…
Making up bed & fresh towels in our room at 3pm in the afternoon & staff acting inconvenienced when asked to do so. Don’t offer the “make up room card” to hang on the door if that’s the case;(

We had a great stay. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of parking. The bistro was also very handy for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall happy with the stay
Pros:

good location , cosy and comfortable. the room is very clean and equipped with all essentials. breakfast was good and served in a small lounge, creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

we checked in after ours after a long and tiring day, had to walk to the bar next door for assistance. then we had to walk back and wait outside in the cold for the manager to open the door which was inconvenient.

Was a pleasant stay and value for money. The room did the job and the bed was great
Pros:

Parking was good. The bed was very comfortable. The room service lady was very approachable and went of her way to help.

Cons:

I loved that breakfast was provided but it sadly it wasn’t all that fresh. The orange juice was fizzy and tasted off. The plates and cups were not as clean I would have expected.

There was also some mould in the shower.
