Ended up sleeping in car on side of road from arrivaling late and unable to find suitable accommodation in middle of nig

Pizza downstairs is good rooms were not clean

have stayed here previously multiple times and was good and always clean this time we Had to vacuum our own rooms as they looked like they had not been cleaned in months and change our own sheets as clearly had not been changed we were offered an apology

Will never be back.
Pros:

The food was good. All the staff were friendly and great.

Cons:

The room was filthy, the sheets and beds were all filthy to the point we couldn’t use the blankets, it was soooo cold. The heater barely took the chill off the air. Needless to say we barely got any sleep. Will never be back. Will never recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate.

We didn’t stay we left and found other accommodation

Cons:

The place is absolutely filthy, there is bird poop everywhere including the communal bathroom , ( that I don’t think has ever been cleaned )the rooms smelt musty and the people from the restaurant downstairs sat on the stairs to smoke so it come up into the room .

Pros:

Location is excellent and the exterior of the buildng is attractive.

Cons:

The woman in charge was in hospital so were not given a room nor keys. There was apparently no backup plan to assist people who had booked. Very frightening to arrive to a dark hotel with no key. We found an open door and found a room with a key in the door so we stayed in a room. Never saw anyone.
