Pros:

Bakı şəhəri Xətayi rayonunda yerləşən Damla Oteldə qalmağımızdan çox razı qaldıq. Otaqlar təmiz, rahat və səliqəli idi. Personal çox nəzakətli, gülərüz və köməksevər davrandı. Yerləşməsi də əlverişlidir, şəhərdə hərəkət etmək rahat oldu. Xidmətin keyfiyyəti qiymətinə görə çox yaxşıdır. Bakıya yenidən gəlsək, məmnuniyyətlə yenə bu hoteldə qalacağıq. Hər kəsə tövsiyə edirəm!

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent: friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. What made our stay extra special was that they even cooked dinner for us using the food we had brought ourselves, and the cooking was exceptional.

Чисто, просторно, уютно и отзывчиво🫶

Отдыхали большой компанией 9 человек, один из номеров был семейный, очень большой и уютный номер, есть отдельное пространство где большой стол и уютный диван, устраивали там семейные ужины. Хозяин говорит по-русски, во всём нам помогал, например заказать что-то в кафе когда там не было русскоговорящего персонала - благодарим и в общем по любым вопросам даже не касаемых проживания можно было всегда обратиться к хозяину - Азеру🙏🏼✨ в общем всё было замечательно, в отеле чисто, горячая вода есть, всем хватало. От центра примерно 25 минут, нас это вполне устраивало тк мы были на машинах. Есть своя парковка, рядом маленький магазинчик (круглосуточный, где мы обычно докупали воду, сыр и вкусняшки) и через дорогу ларёк со свежими овощами и фруктами). Благодарим за гостеприимство, отзывчивость и уют, место приятное, все просто и по-домашнему❤️ рекомендуем✨

Balanced price/performance ratio, friendly staff
Pros:

- modest but cozy room, ideal choice during the week of the F1 GP. Walk to the metro about 20 minutes and then take the metro comfortably to the center in another 20 minutes. The bus stop is just a few steps from the hotel.
- Very friendly staff, 24/7 reception, but communication via WhatsApp works great if you need anything
- well-equipped shops a few minutes from the hotel

Cons:

- if you need absolute silence to sleep, you may be disturbed by other guests moving around the corridors. But this only happens occasionally and can be managed.

Баку - красивый город!
Pros:

В отель приехали рано утром, встретили, заселили. Недалеко станция метро, ездили сами гулять в старый город. Угостили вином. Для транзита, для отдыха между рейсами, подойдёт. От аэропорта не близко, но такси заказывайте в приложении Yango 19-20 манат.
PS. После реакции на мой отзыв адмистратора отеля хочу добавить. Да, действительно, я обещала не писать плохой отзыв и ничего плохого про ваш отель не написала, хотя могла бы много чего написать. Поэтому, мне ваша реакция непонятна.
За вино я предлагала деньги, но вы отказались. Поэтому я написала, что вы нас угостили.
Была конфликтная ситуация, но я ничего плохого не написала в отзыве. Не понимаю, зачем вы подняли эту тему.
