Clean, lovely shower rooms
Lack of plugs
Was not much to like. The showers were clean and hot
Hi there was no food on premises, no bar no hot water to make a cup of coffee all facilities closed till 5th Jan with no one advising me of this. The room was bare the tv didn't work, no kettle or coffee making facilities, nothing I felt like I was in prison. It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. I would like to contact host but unsure how?
De site van Booking.com gaf niet goed aan wat we hadden geboekt. Bleek niet een huis met vier slaapkamers te zijn maar één kamer. Gelukkig snapte de jongeman van de receptie ons probleem en we kregen een eigen bungalow met vier slaapkamers!

The room lacked a few facilities.. like kettle.
location was extremely central for walking into town, & getting to the parkrun. Sam the manager was very accomodating when he realised that the booking system had an error and had confirmed our stay incorrectly. He honoured our booking and we stayed in the newly renovated queen rooms upstairs of the motel with shared toilet/shower facilities. The rooms were quiet, you can't hear the people next to you. The showers are newly renovated and the water is very hot with good water pressure.
A minor suggestion is that a kettle in the rooms would have been good so we could make hot drinks.
We can't wait for the rest of the renovations to be complete as the pub kitchen was currently closed for dinner on weekends whilst we were staying.
The bed was comfortable, shower hot with good pressure, clean & the one (and only) staff member friendly.
For hotel accommodation with shared bathroom there was no communal lounge/kitchenette area (there was a dining area but it was reserved for local contractor/power station workers not general guests) and the small bar area was not conducive for relaxing.
Our room had tea, coffee & mugs but no kettle nor milk (and no kitchenette to boil a kettle).
For the price paid a continental breakfast (cereal & toast, even with a kettle & toaster to prepare our own) would improve the ‘value for money’.
The restaurant was closed for the weekend.
