Location (mountains, closeness to town and green sorroundings)
Building is too old already (it closed down for renovation after my stay), staff is not well trained and not motivated. Entertainment is poor. Indoor pool has too much chemicals (probably Cl)
Everything was perfect.
Great staff, good food (variety could be even more). Entertainment services could be a bit more. Overall, it was a good experience.
SPA facilities need to be renovated - important for the hotel that has ‘SPA’ in its title.
I booked this stay for my parents and they really enjoyed their time here. They especially wanted me to mention Shahin, who was very helpful and friendly throughout their stay. Thank you for making their experience a pleasant one!
Staff at the reception is very helpfull
I reserved a room with mountine view but is wasnt as i expect, then i booked one more room to see lake view , and it has bad view too, so i recomend to book a room without view
Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very tasty and plentiful. The cleanliness was at a high level. They provided facilities to charge my electric car.
There wasn't much nightly entertainment and there is no All inclusive package, at best you can just get a 3 course meal package.
