Clean, look nice, very good location, kind staff, everything before and during the stay was smooth and easy, room was comfy, location: everything is in walking distance

Cons:

the hot water boiler is very small for two people.
it only contained enough hot water for a good shower

Pros:

I liked the room..it was very stylish with nice details it looked like a lot of the hotel had been recently ungraded. It was in a great location minutes away from everything..

Cons:

Only issue is the reception was not manned so if you are travelling without access to WiFi it can be very stressful as I had to pop into the cafe in front of the hotel and try and get sometime to ring and contact the hotel as it was locked up! After that Ara..was super helpful and very responsive !

Pros:

The location was great and we had a triple room which was basic but comfortable. The bathroom (wet room) was good but tended to flood everything. Also, there were no hooks anywhere to hang towels. The TV wasn't working (was not important to us as we didn't come on holiday to watch TV)

Lovely staff, decent facilities, great location, but rather pricey for Durres.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely. The breakfast varied slightly from day to day, so it did not get boring. The room we had was comfortably sized and even had a fridge and a small kitchenette.

Cons:

There was no one at the reception when I arrived, even though it was normal working hours, and I had to wait for half an hour not knowing whether I would be able to check in at all that day. The staff only partly speaks English, but communication does work if you can get a bit creative. There were children/teenagers playing in front of the hotel door late into the evenings, which was clearly audible in the rooms and a bit obstructive when you tried to enter the hotel in the evenings.

Super wonderful
Pros:

Lovely people, Mimosa was really great and friendly, so helpful and welcoming. Everyone there was really wonderful. The location was great. Everything was very clean. We had our infant son with us and they even gave us a lovely large room for us to be more comfortable in. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone 10/10.

Beautiful little hotel, great staff and location
Pros:

Nicely decorated rooms and common areas. Room was exactly as shown in the photos.
Bathroom spacious and modern.
Location in the middle of the city centre, although very quiet at night.
Staff is amazing, I felt like visiting friends for a coffee and not being a guest.
Would definitely stay again.

Message for staff; you can take my food through security, even banana.

Cons:

Private carparking is great and a big plus, but be aware when you need your car at a certain time you park it strategically so you can get out and not being blocked by other cars 😅
