Overall, a decent htl in a good location with very friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were lovely & very helpful - always smiling!! The room was very clean & modern and the air con was great. However, the wetroom shower set up didn’t really work aa the water went all over the bathroom floor despite attempts to stop this. The balcony was good but the sea view was abit limited and considerable building work taking place surrounding the hotel during our stay which wasn’t expected or advised off so limited use oc balcony considerably!
Overall, a decent htl in a good location with very friendly staff

Douche ventilator veel lawaai. Wij waren er eind april toen lag zwembad na 14 uur al grotendeels in schaduw. Dat was wel jammer.

Pros:

Staff were lovely!! Got along really well with Danielle who was very helpful during our stay. The place was clean, pretty and very local. Most beaches being a 10 min walk from eachother

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

De service. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het ontbijt was heerlijk.

Cons:

Het water liep wat meer uit de douche, waardoor de badkamer of het matje in de badkamer vrij snel nat werd. Gelukkig was er wel dagelijkse schoonmaak, waardoor we nieuwe droge schone matjes kregen.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were absolutely beautiful and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be coming back!

Fiyat performans konusunda iyi bir otel

Çalışanları güler yüzlü, özellikle resepsiyondaki Danjela ve odayı temizleyen kadın çok tatlılardı.Konum merkezi, zaten her yer yürüme mesafesinde olan ufak bir yer Ksamil.Otel temizdi.

Cons:

Yorganlar için nevresim kılıfı verilmiyor.Yorganların her müşteriden sonra yıkandığı söylendi.Yorganlar kirli değildi fakat yeni yıkanmış gibi deterjan da kokmuyordu.

Kahvaltıda çay içmek istediğinizde sıcak suyu damacananın sebilinin sıcak su kısmından almanız söyleniyor.Kaynar su alabileceğimiz bir olanak olsa daha iyi olurdu.

Excellent hotel and location
Pros:

Excellent hotel, beds extremely comfortable and rooms spotless. Staff were so friendly and Danjela was super. Excellent location and pool was fantastic even though it was cold which was expected for end of April.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal! Außerdem auch sehr schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

In der Nacht wurde es etwas kalt und es gab keine dicke Decke im Zimmer. Die hätte man aber mit Sicherheit bekommen wenn man vorher dran gedacht und gefragt hätte.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre (avec les bars+restaurants). La dame à l'accueil était très gentille. La piscine est sympathique. Concernant les chambres, elles sont propres, le lit est conforatable.

Cons:

Le petit dej n'est pas très varié mais cela dépend des goûts de chacun. Dans le couple, un était satisfait et l'autre moins donc je pense que cela dépend vraiment de chacun.
