Komfortable Unterkunft an zentraler aber ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles neues und sehr sauberes Hotel, mit Pool. Sehr zentrale Lage und doch ruhig in der Nacht. Leckeres Frühstückbuffet mit lokalen Schlemmereien.

Das Tüpfchen auf dem i dazu wäre noch eine Vollautomaten-Kaffeemaschine

Pros:

Nice hotel, close to Ksamil's beautiful beaches. The hotel is modern, clean, has a parking (indoor and outdoor) and a swimming pool. The breakfast is great and the staff was polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Unpleasant staff
Pros:

I liked the room which was new and well cleaned.
Breakfast was ok but can be improved.
Very close to the beach.

Cons:

It is not really a sea view , it is more like a few buildings , some constructions and just little bit of water that you can see .
We liked to stay for one more night , the receptionist told us that it is ok they have a spare room , but after 30 minutes told us that it was occupied , which was very rude from the staff.
Also the staff was arguing and shouting when tourists and children were around which is not ok.

Es gab ein exzellentes Frühstück. Das Perspnal war sehr hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Es war sehr sauber alles hat einfach super geklappt und gepasst.

Kvinnan som lagade frukosten var så trevligt och gjorde ett jätte bra jobb! Hela hotellet var så ren och fräsch och vi fick rummet fräschare varje dag! Rekommenderar verkligen så prisvärt!

An excellent choice for a Ksamil stay.
Pros:

Excellent reception. Very professional and friendly.
Breakfast was an excellent buffet.

Cons:

Shampoo was supplied but no hair conditioner. Staff tried to find some but could not.
Pool area was good but pool was unheated which is likely normal for this area and water was cold as it is early season.

Tolle Lage, super nettes und liebes Personal, gutes Frühstück, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

Es ist meckern auf hohem Niveau, aber im Bad wäre eine Ablage noch gut gewesen und das Zimmer ist relativ eng mit dem Sofa für eine eventuelle dritte Person.

Co polubiłem to WSZYSKO jest na najwyższym poziomie . Obsługa przesympatyczna. Blisko do najlepszych restauracji, do plaży . Przyjaźni dla motocyklistów,to bardzo miłe z Ich strony 👍Polecam polskim motocyklistom i nie tylko . Śniadanie bardzo dobre. , bardzo duży wybór . Jeżeli będziemy w tych stronach to tylko w tym hotelu się zatrzymamy nie ma lepszego . . Pani Danielo , bardzo dziękujemy całemu personelowi za wspaniałe przyjęcie .
