Might be good for more than one night
Pros:

Clean room and nice place to stay
Check in staff was very helpful and friendly he took the luggage by himself to our room
The view was amazing

Cons:

Rooms are very small
No elevator for luggage
There were people talking outside at the midnight and I couldn’t sleep well, I called the receptionist but no change for more than hour
Breakfast has only menu for eggs but everything else we need to ask if they serve it or not
It is far from the airport

Considering the price tag, I expected way better service level and experience.
Pros:

Hotel location is really good (only 15 mins from ski area by car, and all the shops are 5 minutes away). Staff were polite and tried to be supportive and helpful. A-la carte dinner was pretty good.

Cons:

We stayed during winter and parking was not cleaned from snow as I would expect it to be (we had winter tires, but it was difficult to move around the parking area without the chains). Breakfast was disappointing for me. Rooms are smaller than I expected. Toilet seat was damaged when we came, and they did not fix it after I informed them (staff told me they fixed it, but I did not want to raise this topic again). In the restaurant (breakfast area) smoking is allowed, and I highly disliked this.

Hotel also works as restaurant/coffee bar for locals/tourists, so during our dinner we needed to wait some time and got a bit cold dish since staff was not prepared for demand/orders. It's nothing critical, but it's something I did not liked.

Hotel looks as in the photos published on Booking, but I expected better experience.

Predivan boravak u vrhunskom hotelu koji u potpunosti opravdava svaku preporuku i u koji ćemo se sigurno vratiti.
Pros:

Sve je bilo savršeno – izuzetna čistoća, moderan i prelep ambijent, kao i izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno osoblje koje je uvek bilo na raspolaganju. Soba je bila veoma udobna, topla i lepo uređena, a lokacija odlična za pravi odmor i opuštanje. Tokom celog boravka osećali smo se zaista dobrodošlo.

Cons:

Nemamo apsolutno nikakvih zamerki, sve je bilo na vrhunskom nivou.

Pros:

Sve pohvale za sam hotel, kao i osoblje hotela, pogotovo za Nikolu. Sobe su čiste i uredne, a hrana je odlična! Takodje su nam izašli u susret za prevoz do Jahorine. Topla preporuka :)
