The Restaurant waiters and bartenders were very king , professional and well informed .
As well The hotel Front desk lady ( From Macedonia ) was very professional, Kind and helpful .
Since the day we arrive and we were couple of friends in different rooms the employees wasn’t really welcoming .
My room was not cleaned properly the coffee machine had finger print , there was a mold in the fridge and long hair in the wardrobe., I ask to change the room and they gave me another room and was better but still with the old and overused towels as the hotel is 4 stars and there is no iron or kettle in the room I ask to iron my clothes and they did with the prices all different and once they deliver they place all the pieces on one hanger so they arrive wrinkled.
The room doesn’t have menu or info how to order a room service.
During this 4 days stay the mini fridge was refilled half and there wasn’t any complimentary water since the day of check in.
We decided to check in one day earlier as the stay wasn’t really present on the day of check out i realized one of the beer bottle from the mini bar was refiled with water i believe so was left by another guest .
On the check out the front desk ask the housekeeping lady to check what is consumed so i can pay so she wanted to charge me for missing ( not refilled drinks in the mini bar by the employees ) so i refused
I left the hotel and then i realized i forgot my Gold Necklace in the room since the lady was checking i was sure she will say anything .
I ask my friends to call the hotel and he tried at least 6/7 times since he got response , they told him they will check later and the room wont we clean till the next day as I’m still in the system and the room is booked .
I contact the hotel by the Booking message and i receive a message after 7 hrs that means anyone could enter the room and pick up my Jewelry.
Im sad and disappointed as this hotel was highly rated and with pleasant comments . The restaurants and the people working there is top notch and is highly recommended to visit the restaurants on the property .
Location was good.
Service was poor, room was not cleaned, very bad smell in the room, towels were not changed, water wasn’t refilled and even tho we asked for water to be placed in the room and that we will pay for it, it wasn’t sent to the room, so 2 days they couldn’t send water. Fruit plate was sticking, they didn’t take out of room when “cleaning”.

The restaurant and the bar were the highlight of our stay. The staff there were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. The food and drinks were great, and they truly made the experience more enjoyable. It honestly felt as though the restaurant and bar were completely separate from the rest of the hotel.
We booked five rooms because we were visiting the city for a wedding, and unfortunately every room had an unpleasant smell and did not feel properly cleaned.
We contacted room service several times asking for clean glasses because the ones in our rooms were dirty, but no one ever brought replacements. We also called the front desk multiple times requesting basic items such as bottled water. After being ignored repeatedly, we eventually gave up and went to the restaurant ourselves to collect what we needed.
In addition, items that were left behind in our rooms were never reported as found, which was very disappointing.
