The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and professional. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, they were always ready to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and their kindness made a real difference. I truly appreciate their excellent service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

Zelo topla dobrodošlica in namestili so me takoj ob prihodu.
Soba je bila izredno lepa, postelje udobne, še najbolj mi je bil všeč bazen.
Izredno topla in čista voda, pazijo na higijeno, lepo urejeno, brez klora, temveč uporabljajo za dezinfekcijo soli.

Zajtrk obilen in dobro pripravljen.
Del hotela je restavracija, kjer tudi lahko naročiš hrano.
Sicer brez klime v sobi, vendar je ventilator in tudi ponoči je prijetno hladno.

Cons:

Ni bilo klime, čez dan bi ustrezala, a potem ne bi bila niti potrebna. Ekstremne vročine so redke, kot so bile sedaj, saj je Vlašić toliko višje.

Pros:

Tesis temizdi, resepsiyon ilgiliydi, konum güzeldi.
Ancak kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Vaadedilen ve fotoğraflarda gösterilenle alakadı yoktu. Kahvaltı hayal kırıklığıydı.
