Lovely hotel and wonderful staff who were all so helpful.
Pros:

Excellent location with a supermarket right opposite! Good size comfortable room with a balcony. Nice and quiet.

Cons:

Reception isn’t manned 24 hrs but saying that you could reach the team easily and issues resolved quickly. So it worked out well.

Bad cleaning, good location and sized room.
Pros:

Location was great, easy to go get groceries, seight-seeing and dinner at close-by resturants.
Minibar with many options, and a good size room.

Cons:

The water temperature in the room was not stable, the airconditioner smelled moldy.
The cleaning was not done other than new toilet paper was given and trashbags was taken.
The carpet in the room was dirty with god knows what the remains are, the shelfs was dusty, on the cabinet there was what looked to be the last 3 years of dust - whilest the hotel claims to be allergy friendly.

The drain was halfway plugged with dust in the bathroom, spider web was hanging and even the tiles was dusty.

Excellent location with old town across the road (with tram on it). Could do with more clear instructions how to get to

AC was not effective - despite lowering it to min (16’) it was humid and stuffy in the room compared to outside at night (1st sept 2026)

Great for Old town
Pros:

An excellent location near the old town, a short walk from a tram stop which links to the railway station, it was very clean and quiet and perfect for a short stay. Staff very helpful, easy out of hours check in/check out if needed.

Konumu çok iyi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Güvenli bir otel.

Cons:

Kaldığım oda temiz görünüyordu ancak banyodan hamam böcekleri çıktı. Yatak etrafında da minik böcekler gördüm. Rahat uyuyamadım.
