Pros:

Det var rena rum och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Kuddarna var stenhårda.
Hotellet har en festlokal på första våningen med livemusik. Jag ställde fråga i receptionen om hur länge festen skulle hålla på och svaret jag fick var att det kommer upphöra senast vid kl 23. Festen fortsatte till sent in i natten.
AC i rummet lät något otroligt högt och gick inte att ha på p g a ljudet.
Vi vaknade trötta efter en hemsk natt med alla ljud som inte lät oss sova. Samt kudden som kändes som sten.
Frukosten var dålig.

The staff were great, but unfortunately the hotel itself did not meet my expectations
Pros:

The hotel cost just under €250 per 3 night, so naturally I expected a certain level of comfort. Unfortunately, the room did not have proper air conditioning, only a portable unit. I had booked a larger room, but the AC could only cool the immediate area around it, which made the rest of the room very uncomfortable. With outside temperatures reaching 40°C in August, the AC unit ran constantly but never managed to cool the room properly.Another inconvenience was the lack of power outlets in the bedroom. I couldn't charge my phone there and ended up using the bathroom instead. The outlets in the living area, where the portable AC was located, didn't seem to work either, so the bathroom became the only practical option for charging devices.The room itself was spacious and well-sized, which I appreciated, but comfort suffered due to the temperature issues. There was also no hairdryer in the room, and one had to be borrowed from reception.Breakfast was probably the most disappointing part of the stay. Rather than a buffet, guests were served a small tray with eggs, toast, and 3 types of meat. Water and espresso were not included, and any other drink came at an additional cost. The selection felt very limited. There were no croissants, cereals, yogurt, fruit, or other items most travelers would normally expect. After the first morning, I chose not to return for breakfast during the rest of my stay.The breakfast area itself was not particularly inviting. Everything was served à la carte, people were smoking indoors, and the smell of onions and cooked meat filled the space. It simply wasn't an environment where I wanted to start my day...

Cons:

To be fair, the hotel does have one major strength: its staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The lady at reception during the day was especially kind and professional, and the waiters both at breakfast and during a wedding event we attended on Saturday evening were excellent!One additional point worth mentioning is that the hotel restaurant does not operate during the day, so I had to go to another hotel across the street for lunch- why leave yout custumer to go on a lunch/dinner in other hotels??Overall, while the staff made a very positive impression, the hotel did not meet my expectations for the price paid. I would rate it a 6/10. I don't feel it deserves a lower score because of the genuinely good service, but I also don't believe it justifies a higher rating given the shortcomings mentioned above.

Nur als Notunterkunft zu buchen!
Pros:

Personal am Empfang

Cons:

Gesamtes Hotel gehört Generalsaniert, Nassräume sind eine Zumutung. Gut das wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten nach einer Hochzeit im selben Haus und nur für 5 Stunden das Zimmer genutzt haben, ansonsten wären wir abgereist.

Pros:

V ta hotel se ne vracamo. Imeli smo tezave s kljucem od vrat, kljuc zatikal in se je zlomil in so ga zaracunali. Drugace osebje prijazno.

Cons:

V sobi so bili ščurki.

Pros:

We stayed for two nights in a twin room. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The location is excellent just a couple of minutes’ walk to the main attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, and the waiter at breakfast was especially kind and attentive.
Breakfast had a good selection, and it was nice that you could order freshly made omelets and other dishes. Unfortunately, there weren’t many options that suited our diet. Also, people were smoking in the breakfast area, which was unpleasant, especially since we were traveling with a child.

Cons:

However, the hotel could really benefit from a renovation. Even though our room was renovated, it still felt quite old-fashioned, and the facilities were not great. The air conditioning was very noisy, and our room was above the ventilation system, so it was difficult to sleep with the window open due to the noise.
