Savannah Beach Club Hotel

Happy I chose here. Great option. Beautiful nearby beaches and cafe. Friendly staff. Super helpful. Breakfast was great. Will most definitely recommend.

They did not have food or drinks available around the hotel at all times and you needed to reserve seating for dinner. They don’t let you sit with your friends if you don’t reserve with them. Limited options for food and multiple spaces in the resort that were not accessible or open.

Lovely property that retains a historic flavor yet modernized with beach access and sea views. Pools were closed for cleaning quite often.

Nice and peaceful atmosphere. Just wished there weren't so many stairs to navigate.

cold showers, low water pressure! Made a complaint staff got very irate, picked up a wet floor sign attempting to swing it at me! Other staff had to stop her m! She then threatened to kill me while calling me curse words! would never stay here again

The property was very beautiful. The staff was very personable and helpful. Room service was not available. The room was serviced too late in the afternoon.

The place has live band during dinner time, front dest and maintenance are ok staff. There was no water for almost all day, no contingency plan. Some servers don’t even smile.

what I like about my stay at Savannah Beach Club Hotel was the friendly atmosphere and hospitality - everyone made us feel welcome. Unfortunately the seaweed that washed up on the beach made it difficult to enjoy that area of beach front; we were still able to spend time lounging on the beach.

Nice sandy beach with lots of sun loungers but limited shade. Sea to rough for bathing but hotels offers free shuttle to another beach for all inclusive guests.

The hotel itself is well designed and roomy but needs refurbishment. Some staff were OK but found some surly and a couple downright rude. Basically its a 3* All Inclusive that caters for mass tourism. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights on a B&B basis. Every guest (AI as well) who wants a small bottle of water in their room is charged a ridiculous amount. Luckily we were only there for 2 nights on a B&B basis - breakfast just about acceptable.

The staff was kind and helpful. The property is in a great location. However, it is older and that shows with the condition of many of the external areas and rooms. The food was also just ok. Getting the breakfast buffet then venturing off property for your own lunch and dinner would probably be better than buying the all inclusive. However, the drinks were great and that was also included. Every staff member encountered was very kind.

This property is all about the location: beach front, various pool settings, and outdoor dining.

The rooms are only satisfactory: no face clothes, only one type of "soap" for everything meaning no shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, hand soap. Toilets barely flush and rooms have minimal "old" furniture.

Staff friendliness is a hit and miss scenario. Location has numerous stairs and levels to tackle - no elevator.

Staff was unfriendly. One staff at the desk. Took 45 minutes to check in. Asked to check in 15 min early and they said no. Big lineup to check in at 3. Shampoo only in the shower.
Food was 5/10. Disappointing stay. We won’t be back.
