Pros:

Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve canayakındı. Tesis merkeze çok yakın.

Cons:

Odanın üst katta olması ve asansör olmaması bizim için problem değildi, bunu biliyorduk.
Ama oda içinde çok fazla böcek vardı, ilk gece yatağımda gördüğüm böceği umursamamıştım ama ikinci gece de başka bir arkadaşıyla denk gelmek beni üzdü.
Kahvaltı çeşitleri çok yetersizdi, kahvaltının tek artısı tüm ürünlerin helal olması.

Ein kleines gemütliches Hotel
Pros:

Fantastische Lage! In einer Minute ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Sarajevo lässt sich wunderbar zu Fuß erkunden, auch die Straßenbahn ist nah. Mit nur zehn Zimmern ist das Hotel ruhig und gemütlich. Wir hatten eines der drei Zimmer mit Balkon. Absolut empfehlenswert und den Aufpreis wert!

We would recommend hotel for the location and helpfulness of the staff.

Pros:

We love the location. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious.

Cons:

We were traveling with another couple, and they put us at two separate locations that are both called Ornament Hotel. The other couple have some mobility issues, and we specifically wanted to be in the same hotel as anyone would.

Pros:

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Ornament hotel and loved my time in Bosnia! The hotel is small but have everything you need, and the location is absolutely perfect. My room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. I especially loved my little balcony at sunrise. The breakfast offered hot and cold foods and drink which set me up great for a full day of exploring Sarajevo. As a solo female traveller the staff were so very helpful and made me feel safe. The hotel offers a shuttle taxi service from and to the airport which i of course accepted. Special thanks to Kenan and Tareq who were my drivers to and from the hotel, you made me feel so welcome in your country! I miss Bosnia already and hope to see you again!

Posizione comodissima al centro. Rifacimento camera a giorni alterni. Colazione nella norma ma abbondante. Stanza silenziosa e con una bella vista sul lungo fiume
