Que había desayuno en el precio!
Que no había nadie para recibirte, que estaba el hotel cerrado, luces apagadas y una zona muy sola, tuve que tomar iniciativa y preguntar en frente en un hotel si sabían algo sobre ese hotel y allí dijeron que me daban la llave ahí mismo, pero si no pregunto, me quedo toda la noche afuera, pasando frío, lloviendo y sin ninguna atención! Y lo último es que me dieron otra habitación muy diferente inferior a lo que había contratado, te dicen que hay vistas y artículos en la habitación y resulta que faltaban cosas, mando sin pilas, las vistas al parking y la habitación normal en vez de la que había elegido.

It was a good size room, had air-conditioning .had a small balcony. Comfortable bed and pillow. Spotlessly clean. We had food in the restaurant. Fabulous pizza.
We couldn't get in when we arrived. We had to go across the road to get somebody to unlock the doors.

La recepción y entrada principal estaba cerrada en ocasiones, pero hay otra entrada, con lo que es algo a mejorar, pero no malo.

This hotel has a very nice restaurant and is located in a peaceful place in Berat. I recommend this is if you wish to be out of the city.

The staff and the hotel was amazing and so cheap. The hotel was just 5 minutes from the center of the city and was very quiet and peaceful. This hotel has a very beautiful restaurant behind the hotel which offers great views, food for best price. I recommend 10/10
The host was very helpful and friendly. He gave us free breakfast and also picked us up from the main bus station for free
